Also known as "One Piece: I Am Im" and "The World Government of All Worlds", this story follows the protagonist as they are reborn as Im, the ruler of the World Government in the One Piece world. They control the World Government, sit on the Empty Throne, possess a cosmic map, and gaze upon the vast cosmos. Gathering all combat power, military strength, wealth, and resources, they open stargates to conquer countless worlds, breaking the limits of Haki! Will worlds join them, or face destruction?
