Princess Jill, the first princess of the Dylan magical kingdom and daughter of the queen and strongest witch Bazalde, was expected to inherit the throne. However, Jill lacked talent, only able to use weak magic like "water generation" and "drying." While skilled in control, her power was inferior to that of a child. Her only other skills were sewing and cooking. Eventually cast out of the castle by the king and with her engagement broken, Jill, having lost her status, attempted suicide in the house she was given out of pity. However, Jill discovers a strange foreign book in the house. It contained hobby magazines such as "Make Your Own Clothes: From Dresses to One-Pieces," "Home Dyeing," "Easy Leather Craft," and "Become a Handmade Craftsperson!" As Jill reads, she is struck by the tagline, "Wear clothes that suit you and live as you are, for no one else." She realizes she can use her magic to make the beautiful clothes in the book. Inspired, she forgets her despair and starts making clothes and accessories using the knowledge from the books, her magic, and the flowers from her magical garden that can grow any plant. Then merchants who take notice of Jill, craftsmen who sympathize with her goals, and even her former fiancé, start appearing... Meanwhile, the kingdom that expelled Jill begins to show signs of rebellion.
