Aoi Kaminato, who has studied kendo at her family dojo since childhood, had a dream of becoming Japan's number one kendo practitioner as her father wished, but that dream remained unfulfilled. After failing to achieve her student dreams, Aoi pursues a second dream: to make her own student the best in Japan at kendo, becoming a high school teacher. However, things don't go well, and a disheartened Aoi faints, only to awaken in another world. Rejuvenated to a child's age, she is helped by Owen Millers, an elf and magician, who teaches her his magical knowledge and research findings. Becoming a magician, Aoi becomes a teacher at the world's best magic academy, as instructed by Owen. However, the academy is rife with the constraints of noble society, discrimination based on magical power, and those who exploit noble students, leading Aoi to deal with various situations. This is the story of Aoi Konominato, who would later be called the strongest great magician and the academy's witch.
