Since Snow and Chris made breakfast, it’s our turn to make lunch.\nThe menu is seafood pasta, and vegetable soup.\n
I cut up the seafood and shrimp I bought earlier in random sizes, and then fried them with some olive-like oil. At the same time I made soup with the stock made from boiling the fish and shellfish. \n
Lyss stood by my side and peeled a lettuce-like vegetable with her hands. \n
With this situation the cliché where the clumsy girl cuts her finger with the knife won't happen, probably. \nEven if that happens, we can just treat it immediately with healing magic though. \n
“But still, even Lyss can do housework without a problem eh?”\n“Yes, the worries I had felt at first seemed like a lie now/”\n\n“Furthermore”, she said while putting the vegetable she tore into small pieces onto a dish.\n
“To be able to do wife-like chores for Lute-san makes me really happy.”\n

Everyone imitated me, put their hands together and prayed “rub a dub dub, thanks for the grub”, and reached for the wooden fork.\n\n

Couldn't stand it anymore, Snow reached out to the water jug. \nChris covered her mouth with one hand and urged Snow for water with an empty cup in the other hand. \n
Lyss and I got poured some cold water too. \nEveryone emptied their cup in one breath. \n
Since we drank all the water in the jug, Snow made some more with magic. \nWe emptied another jug. \n
After everyone has calmed down, we once again stared at the weapon-like soup. \n
"Lu, Lute-kun, what exactly, do you hate so much that made you made this salty, sea water soup?” \n“I don't particularly hate anything. That's weird. I gave it a taste and think that it could use some salt… so I asked Lyss to throw in a pinch of sa…”\n
I retraced the steps taken to look for the problem, my reasoning came to a halt. \nEveryone looked at Lyss. \n
“…… Lyss-san, just how much salt did you put in earlier? “\n“Y, you see, I found it weird too… but Lute-san said one pound of salt… “\n

Realizing her mistake, Lyss bowed so low that her head almost touched the table. \n
“I, I'm sorry! Because of my misunderstanding, not only I wasted our food but also caused trouble for everyone! I really am sorry!” \n“No, it's not your fault, Lyss. It's my bad for not doing a final check.” \n
Getting absorbed into boiling the perfect pasta, I slacked on doing the final check, the fault is mine. \nBut Lyss’ expression was gloomy. \n
“I'm sorry… since my first housework was progressing smoothly, I let my guard down… to think I'm this clumsy…”\n“Lyss.”\n
I stood next to Lyss, put my hands on hers. \n
“I said that it's fine even if you make mistakes.
