“What kind of hunter works without management these days?” 20 years after the first appearance of monsters, hunters need managers these days.
Chapter 1
Honestly, I don't know why the MC stayed at a hunter management company with no manager and no hunter. He better off building his own company. To make matters worse, the company he stayed in made enemies with the biggest hunter management company. His boss is also a dumbass, she puts her hunter (MC recruits a new hunter by himself) at danger by using a product that's given to her for free, even though everybody has been avoiding her because she made enemies with the big guys. Unsurprisingly, it's installed with bomb and almost killed the newbie hunter if it wasn't for the MC. And if it wasn't enough after that happens she believes they wont do anything to her hunter because she only has a single hunter. You can guess the rest.
There worse thing. The author made it seems like that the MC is learning something from his boss even though the MC didn't learn anything. The MC says the boss is good at networking and he should learn more from his boss even though nobody responded to her when she need help and the only who responded to her gave her a suspicious equipment for free that ends up being a bomb. How dumb is she to not even check the equipment. And the MC still says that he needs to learn a lot from his boss -_-
Honestly, the plot is s*upid. The character personality doesn't make sense. If the MC create his own hunter management company in the country where he's active. He would be able to create a hunter management company smoothly. Instead, he choose to join a hunter company in Korea where he has no connection or foundation and choose to join a dead company with dumb boss and has made enemies with the biggest hunter company.
I should have stopped at the first episode.

Chapter 7
Like it's fellow Korean spiritual cousins, (EER, SSN, and ETotH) The Mightiest Manager is part of the 'soft Apocalypse' genre, where mankind experienced the End Of The World, and made it through mostly ok, dodging much of the tragedy and grimdark that normally accompany such works. At 7 chapters, the story is just getting started, but the motives and character of the MC are already well defined, with the secondary characters also fleshed out into people with growth potential, vs the usual one-dimensional plot-pushers. The world building - both present and implied - is well above average for the genre. Translation is detailed and flows well, so the novel is overall quite enjoyable so far.

Chapter 1
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! (Someone tell me how to change the rating?)
A Dark Hero novel with well-plotted storyline and amazing characters. I'm really impressed with this novel.
It's one of the top 4 Korean novels I've read along with EER, Tutorial, and Arena.

Chapter 40
Edit: This has turned into a webtoon, which you should read instead of the novel, as it solves the writing and info dump problems.
The action genre is wrong for the 40 chapters I've read. I'd say slice of life is the better one. The action parts are minimal and not the focus of the story at all. Very little comedy as well, and considering almost everyone around the MC is a hot woman, I'd say the Harem genre is missing.
I can also see why this has been dropped a lot even though it's a monsterpocalypse korean novel that usually is sucessful: there is too much bland exposition and tell but don't show. The plot and pacing is dry because of it. Adding that to the erratic release date, this is not something I'm inclined to keep following.
It's a shame because the worldbuilding is far better than most novels of this type, there is no boring system giving ppl generic abilities while ranks are more related to experience, skill and achievements rather than raw power from the person.
The writing is stale and there was no tension whatsoever in all theses chapters, making for a boring read. For these 40 chaps, it's a guy trying to gather hunters for his management team, then training them, with several random expositions in between and side stories of the new characters introduced being told by the narrator in a monotonous fashion.

Chapter 13
My first few (if not only) Korean novel that I've read in NU. Please mind the n00bness.
The premise is as another reviewer has mentioned, "soft apocalypse" where there isn't total chaos and death but more of a controlled thing. Set in the modern world, Seoul to be exact, it has a good amount of world-building. Nothing too crazy, but descriptive enough. Our MC is at one of the best at his job as a hunter, but decides to become a manager instead while making full use of his past experience and incredible wit to become... The Mightiest Manager! Character interaction is quite fun to read and the few action scenes we get is well written.
Translation is very good! There might be a few errors here and there, but who is perfect? Easy to read and most importantly it's fun!

No action. It's boring.
As another reviewer said, there's no tension. There are some moments where the MC acts badass by pulling out his mysterious past card and intimidates people but other than that literally nothing happens.
After assembling team members who all conveniently end up signing a contract for one reason or another, nothing happens for 30 or so chapters. There's no goal. The author just teases the MC's past and there isn't any really interesting developments in any of thec relationships since nothing really happens. Any action scenes are skimmed over or just not that interesting to read.
Overall, the story starts out fine and the translations are decent but the story doesn't provide any reason to continue reading.

Chapter 42
I'm so happy that this has been picked-up again! I'm going to reserve judgement on the actual story, since it's still a little too early. I really like the premise of the story though, and have mostly enjoyed the translations so far.

Seems promising. I have enjoyed reading it so far.
MC is someone who retired from his previous job and wants to become a manager for hunters. The exact reason hasn't been seriously looked into for now but there are a lot of hints like it could possibly be that he's tired of fighting monsters and hunters in his previous job and there might have been an incident that made him rethink what he wants to do in life.
I quite like the worldbuilding here. It's a bit different from the usual dungeon/apocalypse stories I've read. There is more variety in how the people in this world gain the power to fight monsters.
Spoiler
There are people who are called Knights who strengthen their body by modifying it through experiments, Awakes who seem to have inherent power like telekinesis and more, Returnees who have been to another world and returned with very powerful magic and skills, and then we have our MC who is just a pure human but managed to become a B-rank Hunter (which is the highest rank any pure human hunter could achieve and from what I know, there's not a lot of B-rank pure human hunters).
The characters so far are somewhat interesting. They each have their backstories and personality traits that make them different from each other. As it is still around the first parts of the novel, I haven't seen character development much.
The plot is alright. I don't know much of what other difficulties MC has to face in the future but I think it would be interesting enough. I think there will be more action scenes for the MC in the future chapters but since I haven't read it, I could only guess. The plot reminds me a bit of 'The S-ranks I Raised' but with a lot of differences.
Unfortunately, will be dropping this because I haven't found good translations after chapter 59.

Chapter 2
I always hate misleading titles. You expect an OP MC but all you get is a try hard you didn’t expect. Like King of Gods, who’s actually some small fry with a cheat; stronegest swordsman something who is never ever strong at all. Anyway this novel is not about a strongest manager but a someone trying to be the strongest manager. I hope this novel is good.

I really like the plot, and im really curious about the MC's background. The translator also has really cool author's notes with interesting info about novel and in general.
