Seems promising. I have enjoyed reading it so far.
MC is someone who retired from his previous job and wants to become a manager for hunters. The exact reason hasn't been seriously looked into for now but there are a lot of hints like it could possibly be that he's tired of fighting monsters and hunters in his previous job and there might have been an incident that made him rethink what he wants to do in life.
I quite like the worldbuilding here. It's a bit different from the usual dungeon/apocalypse stories I've read. There is more variety in how the people in this world gain the power to fight monsters.
Spoiler
There are people who are called Knights who strengthen their body by modifying it through experiments, Awakes who seem to have inherent power like telekinesis and more, Returnees who have been to another world and returned with very powerful magic and skills, and then we have our MC who is just a pure human but managed to become a B-rank Hunter (which is the highest rank any pure human hunter could achieve and from what I know, there's not a lot of B-rank pure human hunters).
The characters so far are somewhat interesting. They each have their backstories and personality traits that make them different from each other. As it is still around the first parts of the novel, I haven't seen character development much.
The plot is alright. I don't know much of what other difficulties MC has to face in the future but I think it would be interesting enough. I think there will be more action scenes for the MC in the future chapters but since I haven't read it, I could only guess. The plot reminds me a bit of 'The S-ranks I Raised' but with a lot of differences.
Unfortunately, will be dropping this because I haven't found good translations after chapter 59.
