Episode 61 – For some reason, my night with the goddess turned into a challenge

I greeted the customers with my usual sales smile.

I’m sure it looks like a smiling face to the customers, but …now I’m struggling to fight the sleepiness.

The person responsible for this was sitting in her usual seat, eating a donut with a small squirrel-like mouth, looking satisfied.

I was tempted to complain, ‘You don’t even know what I’m going through.’ But when I saw Rin happily eating a donut, my face naturally broke into a smile, and I felt my anger drain away.

One, is time for a bath.

” Then, please go in first. I’m a shower person, so I don’t soak in the bathtub.”

Well, there was such an exchange.

After this, we had to decide by rock-paper-scissors, and as a result, Rin decided to go first.

I turned on the TV on blast, completely cutting out the sound of dripping water.

With that, I managed to counteract the nervousness I got from imagining Rin’s current state…

To be clear, this is bad for my heart.

So Rin didn’t take a step back and pushed the mattress against me.

It is a virtue to never bend, but stubbornness in these situations makes my head hurt.

Eventually, the compromise was to ‘sleep on the same mattress with two people’.
