AST 2434 - Invincible Nine Stances of Ancient Divine Battle Technique, Nurture God Realm Battle
Upon hearing Qing Shuiâs words, Ling Chen took out his own weapon. It was a snow-white, silver spear. It was about three meters long, the thickness of a personâs wrist. There was a bright silver glow to it and Spiritual Qi whirling around. With just one look, it was clear that this wasnât any ordinary weapon.
Qing Shui was under great pressure, especially after his opponent had brought out their own weapon. Their entire aura had changed. Ling Chenâs aura had gone berserk, a complete change from its serenity before.
Mighty Spear Sect, their skills were also trained to be ferocious and violent.
âThen try my spear!â Ling Chen and struck, his spear was like a dragon scouting the ocean.
Like a dragon, the spear seemed to move Heaven and Earth with it as it rose. It wasnât quick, and Qing Shui could clearly see its trace. However, Qing Shui wasnât that nervous either, seeing as there was a method in Nine Stances of Ancient Divine Battle Technique which specialized in unraveling.
However, if they hadnât received Nine Stances of Ancient Divine Battle Technique then unraveling this skill would have been troublesome. Now, though, he found at least three flaws.
Flaws were fatal. It was like the golden gate of vitality, a lethal point. Cultivation, potential, and techniques were all important. Good techniques would allow a personâs potential to reach more than ten times its power. This was also the terrifying aspect of Divine grade battle techniques.
This was another attack which targeted oneâs weakness. An impenetrable person still had a common area as normal folks. That was vital and lethal points, otherwise known as flaws. Right now, that was where Qing Shui was targeting at, as though he could see it. Once he landed a hit, he would be able to dispel his opponentâs techniques easily and even defeat them.
Strictly speaking, this was Qing Shuiâs first time using the Nine Stances of Ancient Divine Battle Technique. With the foundation from before, along with the time in the Realm of the Violet Jade Immortal, it could be considered a small success. It was extremely brilliant when used today.
Ling Chen was startled. He didnât think his attack was perfect, but he didnât expect it to be so easily suppressed either.
In Ling Chenâs opinion, Qing Shuiâs attack was like turning something rotten into a magical being. It was stunning. The move was absolutely breath-taking.
Ding!
Qing Shui managed to tackle Ling Chenâs flaw and dispel their attack. At that moment though, Ling Chenâs second wave of attack came rushing.
A chain of crackling sounds rang in the air. Qing Shuiâs Heavenly Vision Technique along with Nine Stances of Ancient Divine Battle Technique could still spot his opponentâs flaws. He reduced much of Ling Chenâs speed before and was able to counter his attacks due to that. Most importantly, this battle had allowed Qing Shuiâs actual combat capabilities to advance by leaps and bounds. Soon, he had managed to stabilize Nine Stances of Ancient Divine Battle Techniqueâs foundation.
Tyrant Spear Battle God watched with a glimmer in his eyes. He could see the state of the ongoing battle too. Qing Shui had given Nine Stances of Ancient Divine Battle Technique to him and while he hadnât mastered it, his sight was still useful. He could see the Qing Shui had put it to such use and was encouraged. Perhaps one day, he would be able to do so too.
Ling Chen could obviously tell that he was much stronger than Qing Shui. However, under such circumstances, he still couldnât suppress him. He realized the terror of Qing Shuiâs battle techniques, leveraging force against force, weakening, and could target his weakest area. Such sight and battle technique were definitely stronger than his own.
Divine Grade Battle Technique!
Ling Chen was sure that the battle technique was Divine grade. Most importantly, this technique should be suitable for long weapons such as spears or rods. For a moment, he wondered if he should get his hands on it, but his thoughts drifted back to the Tyrant Divine Spear he had inherited. He had trained for so long that it had taken shape. Would it be worth it to spend another few decades cultivating?
Open!
The nine caves behind Ling Chen all opened at once. Out of those, five of them were silver and another three were gold. The last one was a regular cave. These caves were obscured by rolls of fog which didnât seem to be dissipating. It didnât allow a good view but there was a continuous growl coming from it.
Level Four Nurture God Realm. Only one of these caves was a normal one and it wasnât clear how much addition it had. There wasnât a tenth cave. While Ling Chen was strong, it didnât mean that he would have ten caves. Nine caves could also be an invincible force and having ten caves would essentially mean that it would be able to suppress the former. However, ten was typically still stronger than nine. Of course, if Ten Caves Realm couldnât advance to Nurture God Realm, or if they werenât as strong as their opponents, then it would be hard to tell who would be stronger.
Just because they had a higher starting point, didnât mean that their achievement would reflect as such.
Level Four Nurture God Realm could fling Level One Nurture God Realm aside, especially if there were demonic beasts or some other special existences in the caves. Even if Qing Shui had a higher starting point, other than the tenth cave, all other parts of Level One were used to increase 50% of his demonic beastsâ power. The other party was at Level Four. That wasnât normal. Even if he didnât have as many caves as Qing Shui did, he still far surpassed Qing Shuiâs Level One. Furthermore, it wasnât clear how the increment between the levels was like.
Qing Shui didnât have any ideas now. He opened the caves behind him as well, its gold had others gasping in surprise. Ling Chenâs startled gaze had a fleeting murderous intent.
Qing Shui wasnât surprised when he caught the murderous glint. It was normal.
Roar, roarâŚ
Several demonic beasts emerged from Ling Chenâs cave. The one on the forefront was a snow-white tiger, about ten meters long. Its entire body was snow-white with a halo surrounding it. There wasnât a hint of other colors or dust. It was spotless.
Qing Shui was stunned. Comparing his own Diamond White Tiger King to this creature, the former could only be considered as a mixed-breed, no longer pure. However, with that said, Qing Shuiâs Diamond White Tiger King was a pure-breed while Ling Chenâs was a transforming type. Its bloodline surpassed Diamond White Tiger King by more than double.
It would not be wise to belittle the doubled bloodline. The white tiger opposite was an extremely valuable existence. For example, if Qing Shui had used it to refine Blood Strengthening Pill, its effects would be more than ten times better than ancient pure-blooded beasts. It was enough to explain just how strong this white tiger was.
Besides the white tiger, there were two other battle techniques. One was a peacock, and another was a Great Buddha Star Elephant.
Those two werenât common existences. Their stats were the same as Qing Shuiâs Primordial Golden Bear. Legend had it that there would only be two types of phoenixes left; a Golden Winged Roc, and a peacock. Phoenix was a legendary creature. There were legends in this world, just that it was one of the strongest demonic beasts and sacred. However, it wasnât the same vision that the people in the past had about mystical dragons and phoenixes.
The powers of these were not inferior to Ling Chen. After all, he was at Level Four Nurture God Realm. Nurture God Realm could let the creatures in the caves be as strong as the wielder. Hence, the number of caves was important for this factor, given that both parties were on the same level of Nurture God Realm.
Qing Shuiâs Primordial Golden Bear was a variable. He still had Divine Battle Puppet, Dragon Slaying Beast, Primordial Dragon Elephant, and Dragon Spider. Even so, comparing to his opponent, they were inferior.
But Qing Shui still had an ability up his sleeve.
Besides Battle God Halo and passive formations, he could also use active formations.
Ten Paramitas Sword Formation!
It was a labyrinth type of formation, belonging to a maze formation. In an instant, it was established. Watching Ling Chen opposite him, he said, âThat little tiger of yours is not bad.â
