「Money? I don’t need that kind of thing. The procedures include a check for criminal records, your purpose for coming to this town, and checking for prohibited items.」
「Hm, is that it? That’s good.」
「Well then, first, touch that water crystal.」
「Ah, like this?」
After Takuma touched the water crystal, something like a translucent surface appeared.

「Okay, no problems here. Next, is your purpose. What did you come here to do?」
「I have to go to the town’s church. Right now, that is the only goal I have.」
「I see, even though you’re traveling, that’s the only bags you have?」
「Yeah, I don’t know if it’s good to explain, but if you go up this road a bit, there’s a forest right? If you notice, I was hurled down to that forest. So, that’s why I know the name of the town and the location.」
The young man thought a little, and said,
「Hurled? Do you mean that you got in the metastasis trap? How misfortunate. Well, your purpose is okay. After that is just the luggage check, so can you let me see it?」
「Yes, please go ahead.」
Takuma opened up and showed the backpack he was carrying.

「You seem to be having some sort of situation, and it seems a bit dangerous, so I’ll take you to the church. Hey, Mark (マーク)! Let’s switch! I’m going to escort him to the church, so I’m counting on you!」
He said to the young man on top of the wall who seemed to be his colleague,
「Then, I’m going. Laugh*」*TL: They put a w here, which is the Japanese LOL (笑)
He gave Takuma a friendly smile.
「Ah, sorry for all the trouble. Shall we go?」
Takuma and the young man went inside the town to head for the church.
