I play in the sea with Shizuku-chan while watching Hurst-san and Ash-san playing around.
The water in the sea was a little cold in the morning, but we were able to interact with each other and swim a little.
Gyabussh also came to the beach at some point and played ball.
The ball is about the size of a volleyball. I don’t know the material well, but it’s light and perfect for playing in the sea.
Gyabussh skillfully hits the ball with his tail.

The ball I threw up into the air went to Shizuku-chan.
Shizuku-chan lowered her waist, folded her hands in front of her body, and took a firm stance as if she were receiving a ballet ball.
The ball was hit back with good timing and headed for Gyabussh.
“Gyabussh!”

When called, Gyabussh wags his tail and bounces the ball.
However, the ball seemed to hit the rough part o the tail strangely and flew wide.

Shizuku-chan and I let our voices out unintentionally.
The white ball flew high, passed over Shizuku-chan and me, and landed on the sandy beach once.
And just like that, it rolled all the way to the water.
“I’ll get it!”
I called out to Shizuku-chan and Gyabussh and rushed to the water.
A ball that goes back and forth on a wave.
In order to get it, I went into the sea for a little while, and the waves gently stroked my ankles.
“Shizuku-chan, let’s go!”
I set myself up like Shizuku-chan did earlier, and hit the ball as hard as I could.
Then, the ball flew towards Shizuku-chan.
“Shina-san, thank you.”

When Shizuku-chan caught the ball firmly, she waved at me.

“Zezgard-san. . .”
Zezgard-san, who was standing on the sandy beach and staring at us, held his chest down.

Saying goodbye to Hurst-san, Ash-san, Zezgard-san and Gyabussh, we return to the inn.

Shina is twisting the woman’s words here. The woman says meshitsukai (召使), the word for servant. However, Shina says it as 飯使い, ‘meshi’ (飯) which is food, meal, nourishment, etc., and ‘tsukai’ (使い) which can mean use, manage, etc. They sound similar and are spelled the same in Hiragana and romanji, but the intonation is slightly different, with the emphasis on different parts of the word.
