“No! Don’t come over here! Don’t!!!”
Louie noticed Fania’s shoutings.
“Eh, you’re Fania, What are you—”
Fania seemed to desperately try to run away, but he was then caught by a burly man wearing red attire in front of Louie’s eyes. The man did something to Fania and he lost consciousness just like that.
“Oi! You! What are you doing to Fania!” Louie tried to run over to where Fania was, but suddenly his arm was grabbed by someone.
“Uwah! Let me go! Hands off me!”
Louie resisted by wriggling his body, but same as Fania, Louie had a small body and he was powerless. The thug who grabbed Fania didn’t budge an inch from his struggle.
“Chief, what should we do with this?” The thug who caught Louie asked the man in red.
The other thugs continued to gather around the man in red. Some were injured, but they were still walking by themselves while borrowing others’ shoulders. Not a single one of them missing.
Behind them, Jil and the knights were sprawled on the ground. No matter how well-trained they were, they were outwitted when facing such a large number of people.
“Hmm, he’s a nuisance, should we just kill him?” The man in red sneered as he looked at Louie, he intentionally spat out violent words to him.
The man in red and the thugs were professional ruffians. They purposely didn’t kill the guards and knights. It wasn’t because of kindness or pride of some sort. It was simply because killing them would take their time.
For them, they only need to complete their task and then make a clean escape. That was absolute. If even one of them was caught, it was unknown how their information would be leaked. They would be traced if that happened.
Hence, they purposefully didn’t go kill people. And never to stay long at the scene. Once the task was complete, all they needed to do was to swiftly retreat.
“Chief, isn’t it strange?”
“What is it?”
“The brat I caught looks more like a commoner than him.” The man in red and the guy who caught Louie compared Louie to the unconscious Fania.
Fania and Louie both wore the same school uniforms. It was supposed to be the same uniforms—the colour and design were identical—yet they looked like totally different uniforms.
At one glance, anyone could see that Fania’s uniform was made of high quality fabrics, and the sewing was top-notch; probably it had undergone multiple fittings before it was finished. It perfectly fitted the boy’s body and had a high-class feel to it.
On the other hand, Louie’s uniform looked like ready-made clothings. The fabric was thin, and probably the size was a bit big on him that the shoulder part was off. In one word, it looked cheap.
Both Fania and Louie had surprisingly cute looks, but be it Fania’s hair or skin, they looked smooth and glossy. It was very unlikely for a commoner to maintain such a good appearance. When comparing the two, Louie looked more like a commoner in any way.
“But the one we were told to get is the commoner brat from Class 3…” The man in red murmured the content of his task.
They even made up a lie to get the guard bring the boy, but did the guard make a mistake? If the guard actually got the wrong boy, then everything would fall through.
“Let’s also take this brat away.” With much chagrin, the man hoisted Louie, who tried to act intimidating similar to how a cat does, up like a piece of luggage.
“Release me! I’m telling you to let me go!” No matter how Louie tried to struggle, the man still continued to walk.
The thugs who invaded Frialist Academy smoothly made their escape—none of them was caught. As for the knights on standby at the guard house, two of them were in critical condition. The other knight on standby, two guards, three other knights on patrol who rushed to the scene and three students who happened to be there; they suffered heavy injuries.
There were no casualties. However, two male students from the lower grade were abducted, their whereabouts unknown.
