After waking up, Leo began his work right off the bat. Interestingly, he seemed to have no hobby, but he didn’t find it boring at all. Instead, each day was incredibly fulfilling.
“Buzz! Welcome to the laboratory, Master!” Steam greeted Leo enthusiastically, as always, when he entered the lab.

After this little episode, Leo, who was already in a good mood, felt even better. As he sat down on the chair in front of the workbench, he contemplated the order of tasks he should undertake next.
Currently, the most urgent work was to search for the Kree spaceship on the orbital track, which was Mar-Vell’s laboratory. Thus, preparing a spaceship capable of flying in space became the top priority.
He had brought three spaceships with him from Wakanda. With some modifications and debugging, he could reset Wakanda’s positioning and communication systems, then they could be ready for use right away.
However, modifying just the positioning and communication systems wasn’t a piece of cake. Based on his current knowledge, for a spaceship to navigate and communicate on the orbital track, it could only rely on satellites.

Among the items he brought back from Wakanda was a communication satellite. Additionally, he also acquired various materials for satellite manufacturing. With some modifications, he could transform this satellite into his.

Leo stepped inside through the revolving doors.
At the reception desk was a pretty white girl, with long hair and legs, possibly of Russian descent.
She had recently joined the company and didn’t recognize Leo. When she saw him enter, she greeted him with a sweet smile and inquired, “Sir, may I know who you’re looking for?”
Leo, who hadn’t experienced the atmosphere of a company for some time, was momentarily taken aback by the question, but then smiled faintly, “I’m looking for Peter, Peter Parker.”
Upon hearing that the visitor was looking for the young and handsome supervisor, Peter Parker, the receptionist became even more enthusiastic. She looked up and carefully examined Leo, noticing his formal attire and his dashing Asian appearance. His smile added an extra charm to his face.
She hurriedly pulled up today’s appointment list for Supervisor Parker, and her golden eyebrows frowned slightly, “I’m sorry sir, but Supervisor Parker doesn’t have any scheduled visitors today.”
But the expected scenes of disdainful glances and sarcastic remarks didn’t occur. Instead, the blonde receptionist politely asked again, “May I know your name, sir? I’ll double-check for you.”
“Leo Erwin,” Leo answered calmly.
“Alright, please wait a moment.” She swiftly typed a few letters on her keyboard, then suddenly froze and looked up, wide-eyed, staring at Leo with a baffled expression on her face.
Leo nodded with a smile, confirming the blonde receptionist’s guess, “Give Peter a call. Tell him I’ll be waiting for him at the cafe downstairs.”
With that, he headed towards the Starbucks on the right side, which was located in El Chips Technologies, leaving the blonde receptionist with a charming back view.
Three minutes later, a well-dressed young man briskly entered the Starbucks cafe and sat down opposite Leo.
Leo handed Peter the coffee he had already ordered, “Here, your favorite cappuccino.”
“Thank you.” Peter took a sip of the coffee and let out a satisfied sound. “Mr. Erwin, when did you come back?”
“Just last night,” Leo replied while taking a sip of his own coffee.
And Peter followed up with a question, “How was your trip to Dubai? Did the business go well?”
Going to Dubai for business was just an excuse that Natasha came up with for Leo, However, Leo didn’t want to continue this lie. Although Peter was easy to deceive, there wasn’t a need to.
So he stated right away, “I didn’t go to Dubai, but Africa a few days ago.”
“Africa? Why there?” Peter had a similarly negative impression of Africa, considering it dirty and chaotic.
Having no intention of delving deeper into this topic, he simply explained, “Although the living conditions in Africa are poor, there are still some valuables there. I’ve got some nice stuff during my trip. I’ll show it to you next time.”
Then, Leo shifted the conversation back to the main topic, saying, “Natasha said that you were trying to reach me several times. What’s the matter?”
