Lu Shijin didn’t expect that Jun Li was actually a merperson. The next time he saw him, after a couple months, Jun Li had already become a beautiful female merperson.
Lu Shijin felt his heart beat loudly when he saw the merperson he helped before.

“I mean that you don’t know Shen Shao very well. What if he’s a promiscuous person, or someone without morals? What if he doesn’t deserve your dedication? Are you not going to think about your decisions?”
Jun Li’s white skin was flushed from anger. “I won’t let you talk about Mr. Shen like that! Mr. Shen is the gentlest, most considerate, and kindest person I’ve ever met! He’s the best, not like how you’re describing him at all!”
“I was just saying, don’t take it so seriously.”
The merperson was completely blinded by love, not listening to any advice.
“Mr. Lu, thank you for bringing me to Mr. Shen, but it’s my decision, so please don’t make such unsavory guesses about Mr. Shen.” Jun Li bowed to Lu Shijin, “I’ll be leaving now, goodbye.”
Before Lu Shijin could do anything else, the merperson had already run away.

Lu Shijin looked at the window to Shen Shao’s office, deep in thought.
Did Shen Shao love Jun Li or the merperson blood in Jun Li’s body?

But he didn’t need to think about that right now. His most urgent concern was to keep his life.
Thinking about his ending of getting his stomach torn out by some ugly merpeople’s king, Lu Shijin felt a chill in his heart.
But would he still be Lu Shijin if he accepted his fate so simply?
So he decided that he would find the merpeople king and take him out beforehand.
That way, he would get rid of the person trying to split the leads apart, and keep his life. It was two birds with one stone, a perfect plan.
Lu Shijin thought of a plan and got into his blue Ferrari, stepping on the gas.
