After accidentally triggering one of Huo Lian’s landmines, Lu Shijin returned to the bar multiple times in an attempt to run into him again, but never did so.

Only when he saw that pair of memorable eyes did he remember who this person was.
“It’s you. What are you doing here?”
Lu Shijin lifted his cap so that Huo Lian could better see his bright and sunny smile.
“It’s a part-time job. I work here as a caddie to make money.”
However, Huo Lian was not influenced by Lu Shijin’s smile at all, moving his gaze away after a short pause, then walked around Lu Shijin and left indifferently.
“Wait! Mr. Huo!”
Huo Lian stopped and chuckled with his back still to Lu Shijin.
“I don’t remember telling you that my last name’s Huo.”
Lu Shijin complained to 711, “Who said that all villains have low IQs? He’s clearly more witty than a thief!”
“I told you we shouldn’t mess with him.”
“Shouldn’t mess with him? Good, it’s way more fun to mess with that type of person.”

Huo Lian turned, his gaze gloomy as he coldly asked, “Why did you approach me?”
Huo Lian had grown up in the type of rich household that swallowed people up without even leaving their bones behind, so he developed a sensitive nature.

Huo Lian’s gaze became mocking, as if expressing that he expected it.
“Who told you to come, and what do you want from me?”
Hearing this, Lu Shijin looked up, his gaze filled with confusion and innocence, as if he didn’t expect Huo Lian to ask this.
“Mr. Huo, you’re mistaken. No one told me to come, and I don’t want to get anything from you.”
“Really?” Huo Lian loosened his collar and strode forward with his long legs, “Then there’s no need to waste more time.”
Lu Shijin hurriedly ran after him, “Wait! Can you take me to see Huo Qi?”
The hand Huo Lian had on the door stopped and he slowly turned, “Who did you say?”
