Even though it was already very surprising when Russell suddenly picked her up.
When she was a baby, she was obedient and at any rate, very energetic. When she could crawl around, she crawled all around the house and I had Russell look after her. As for me, I was doing everyday chores such as hunting, chopping wood, changing diapers, doing laundry, and cleaning the house.
First of all, I have never raised a child and so I didn’t know what to do.
I named the child Amelia. Amelia means the loved one.
She was so beautiful, I thought she was an angel. I prayed that she will be loved by many people when she grew up as I gave her this name.
It has already been five years since I have started to raise this child.
A few days ago, I told her that I’d teach her magic when I brought her to go hunting with me. And from that day, she had asked many times about magic.
And so, I started teaching her magic for the first time but she easily mastered MP circulation and performed Fire without aria/chanting.
I was astonished when I saw this. After all, a 5 year old child performed magic without chanting. It would be strange if I’m not surprised.
After that, I used magic one after another but it was already to strange to be surprised. Aside from Basic Magic, she can also use light, dark, and creation magic. For now, I decided to stop checking the magic affinities and continue next time when I have the opportunity.
But, whatever the circumstance may be, this was impossible for a 5 year old to do.
When I asked why she could perform it, she told me about her past memories. It was a world where magic only dwells in the stories like Anime and Manga? As unfamiliar words started jumping out one by one, I couldn’t help but believe that this was true. She also told me that she had been able to use magic when she learned how to sit as she had telepathic conversations with Russell. I don’t even know where to start talking.
But, this child, Amelia, was my most important/precious daughter.
I don’t know what she will do in the future, but I hope that she won’t change.
