Chapter 136.1 \n
Chapter 136 Smiling Vacation âŁÂ
\n\nThere was no one in the changing room of the communal bath. Apparently, it was true that there were hardly any guests inside the communal bath.
It felt like all this extravagance was just for me. While humming to myself, I walked over the row of lockers.
A seasoned Treasure Hunter never neglects to be prepared. Thatâs the only thing I am careful about, despite not being a seasoned Treasure Hunter.I am weak. Not only am I very weak, but if you remove my Relics, I will be just like any ordinary person. Thatâs why except for when I am in my room, I usually donât take off my Relics. And that doesnât change even when I am on vacation.
It was uncomfortable to go into the Onsen with all my accessories *jarajara* jingling, but I canât compromise without making some sacrifice. If Luke or Anthem were here, they would protect me and I could keep the number of Relics down, but since I was the only one here, I canât compromise.
âThere might be thieves tooâŠâŠâ (Cry)\n
While making excuses to myself, I removed the Relics I had on top of my clothes and took off my clothes at once. The ăDogâs Chaină which was wrapped around my waist would be too troublesome to carry around, so I activated it. One by one, I put the rings which werenât on my finger but in my bag, on the neck and tail of the chain which got up and ăSat Downă like a living thing. At times like this, Relics that move semi-automatically are nice.
Bracelets and necklaces. Pendants, circlets, and so on, were placed on the ăDogâs Chaină and then, I hooked up the bundle of keys that was hanging on my waist. By the way, all the keys hanging from my keyholder are also Relics. Key-shaped Relics are also very popular. Then, when I checked my pocket, I found a golden key. For a moment, I didnât know what it was, but I soon realized that it was the key for Black-san and his friendsâ collar.
I pondered a little bit, but unlike Relics, this key isnât made of Mana Material. Contrary to Relics which donât rust and are seldom affected by their surroundings, a metal key might⊠I probably donât need to bring this key inside.
After putting it away in my locker, I grabbed my towel and quickly headed towards the large communal bath with my chain-dog.You canât bring pets into regular Onsen, but ăDogâs chaină is more chains than dogs, so it should be safe. In the first place, it may be questionable whether it was safe or not to bring chains into an OnsenâŠâŠÂ \nI opened the frosted glass door. The thick steam and the unique smell of the Onsen rushed in.I walked on the marble floor and checked inside. The chain-dog was wagging its tail with various accessories hooked on it and followed me.
As one would expect from a high-class Ryokan, the large communal bath was magnificent. It wasnât that large, but you could feel the thoughtfulness that went into every detail, from the floor to the washing area. It was difficult to describe it in words, but from the type of equipment to its quality, even for an Onsen enthusiast like me, it was impeccable. There was no dedicated space to wash away the blood on you, but I guess thatâs to be expected since this isnât an inn aiming towards Hunters.
Â
There were no other guests in the communal bath. There wasnât a single person in the washing section or the bathing section1. Cry Andrich is on stage. At the very least, Black-san and his friends should be at the inn, but they also might be resting in their rooms.
I play with the ring in my finger and *guruguru* wandered around the large communal bath area aimlessly. It feels a little nice to be able to walk around without the need to hide and be nervous about everything.
\nHot water was pouring out of the tub. Every time it moved its wings or tail comfortably, the water would splash to the glass.
The chain-dog was running around me like crazy. If it had vocal cords, it might have barked.
I was stunned for a while but I pretended not to see it and went to the washing section where I slowly took my time to carefully washed my head and my body.
My heart was still *dokidoki* pounding. It was a different kind of *dokidoki* pounding than the one I felt when Sytry pressed her chest against mine earlier.
I really donât understand the hobby rich people have, what an idea to bathe in an open-air Onsen Dragon2âŠâŠ
