Females... Males... No woman... Orcs... these words were finally connected in Su Ce’s mind, which made him think a lot of things.

The bad feelings before became clear now.

In this world, there are independent races named Orcs—they can reproduce or even have formed their own civilization. Males can transform, while females... he didn’t know if they have the ability to transform but they can have children. People here are all male in appearance.

Su Ce remembered Tan Tu’s considerate care for him since he met him. Is it...pursuing a partner?

Fighting wild beast in front of him. Showing that males have the power to protect females and hunting. Taking him back to his tribe. Showing the strength of their own tribe and could even feed females. Inviting him to live together—showing his ability to build a nest.

Combining all this, Su Ce finally understood that he was being courted by an Orc and he was undoubtedly regarded as a female party. He also found that, in appearance, he was exactly the same as the female in the tribe.

Although Tan Tu couldn’t be blamed for his misidentification, this misunderstanding couldn’t continue. Not to mention having children.

Su Ce never even thought he had this ability. But why could the female Orcs do this? Is there any unknown reason...

No, now is not the time to think about this. Su Ce shakes his head. He must now dispel the idea of Tan Tu and let him understand that he and him have an insurmountable barrier of crossing species, like a natural barrier.

After sorting things out in his heart, Su Ce calmed down.

No doubt, this world is extremely dangerous for him. He absolutely cannot have the ability to easily kill a giant beast like Tan Tu. If he left Tan Tu, he wouldn’t be able to survive in this world safely, let alone find his Senior.

Only, he vividly remember everything Tan Tu had done for him these days. He didn’t know why originally, but he had already suffered from it. Now that he knows, he could better see the other person’s heart and sincerity to him. Though he still did something a little helpless, but it is precisely because of this that it shows the other person attaches great importance to him... Su Ce said to himself that he couldn’t make use of this man who was full of a beast but was quite a simple man.

No matter what, he couldn’t let Tan Tu’s fruitless feelings continue so he had to refuse his pursuit.

He thought about it a lot in a flash. From the view of La Ya nearby, he just thought about it for a moment and didn’t pay much attention. Su Ce made a decision and went on sifting through the fabric on the stall.

He owes Tan Tu a lot and he will compensate him as much as possible.

Su Ce didn’t choose for a long time.

Suddenly, a gust of wind rolled over. A figure stood behind him, squatted down, bypassed his body and picked up the softest piece of cloth. He stripped it again and took out several other pieces of similar quality. The strong taste of Tan Tu passed into Su Ce’s nose, perhaps because he had understood. Tan Tu’s sense of existence further amplified here in Su Ce, allowing him to recognize it in an instant—without turning back.

“La Ya, these look the softest. Are they made of red silk?” Tan Tu’s voice sounded in Su Ce’s ears and a hot breath sprayed, making him a little uncomfortable turning his head.

The female named La Ya laughed, “Tan Tu’s eyes always see the best. Whether it’s the fiercest enemy, the fattest prey... or the most precious fabric.”

Tan Tu was satisfied, “I’ll send the bones to your house.”

They are all in the same tribe, the Orcs never default. La Ya handed the fabric to Tan Tu, who stood up gently guarding Su Ce and took him half in his arms—in a protective gesture.

Su Ce earned a little, but he saw the gentle lion in Tan Tu’s eyes. He lowered his eyes unconsciously.

Rejecting this Orc is more difficult than he expected. Such a precious gift had never encountered Su Ce’s 25 years of his life, but...the gap is still too wide.

Tan Tu didn’t find his sweetheart’s thoughts at all. He was still immersed in joy, holding the fabric in one hand and Su Ce in the other while taking him to the direction of his residence.

He Iives on the edge of the tribe’s inner woods which is relatively quiet because of its small size and not as dangerous as outside the tribe. Although Orcs lived in groups, not everyone likes to live with many people.

Tan Tu was a child left by a pair of safari-loving husband who came to this tribe by chance. At that time, his mother was about to give birth and stayed for a while. Only when Tan Tu was born, the free nature let the couple couldn’t wait to go out, so Tan Tu was entrusted to the tribe to take care of him. The Patriarch took care of him for a few years. When he was ready to hunt, the Patriarch let him go so he could feed himself.

Over the years, Tan Tu had never seen his parents. Maybe they have lost their lives in the safari, maybe they are still on their journey... But for Tan Tu, the tribe gave him a sense of belonging.

Orcs, especially males, are like real beasts. When they are older, they gradually lose their dependence on their parents. What connects their lives is their companion and the place where their souls return.

When he arrived at the woods, Su Ce looked up and saw there were not many houses among the trees, just quite a few. Tan Tu took him by the hand and brought him in step by step.

“Ah Ce, watch out for the thorns in the tree...”

“Ah Ce, there are a few kiddie traps here. Don’t step on them.”

“Ah Ce, don’t be afraid, there are no beasts here...”

“Ah Ce, don’t touch this tree. It has mucus on it, it’ll be very uncomfortable...”

Tan Tu was too familiar with this forest. Unlike outside, he now has to take a lot of precautions with Su Ce before taking a few steps to keep him from getting hurt.

Su Ce listened to him silently. Although he used to talk very little except for work, he did not hate the excitement of others... he even liked it. No one has ever been like Tan Tu, as if he was the only one in his heart.

But this is wrong. He can’t meet Tan Tu’s expectations. He himself is far from ready.

Not far away, Tan Tu’s residence was on a flat ground in the middle of the forest, surrounded by tall hardwood trees which blocked half of the sky. It looked very cool.

The house was made of wood. It’s very wide. The bottom floor could accommodate Tan Tu’s beast with several rolls. The second floor is where Tan Tu sleeps with little furniture, only a huge leather was there looking rough.

Su Ce sat on the leather and found this wooden house has only one room on each floor.

“Tan Tu, where do I live?” He asked, looking at the tall Orc.

Tan Tu paused, reacted, and brushed his red face.

“That... Ah Ce,” Tan Tu scratched his hair, “I’ll expand the house,” The two of them live a little smaller. “You can sleep upstairs tonight. I’ll watch over you from below.”

In fact, there’s no need to expand it any more... Su Ce closed his eyes and sighed in his heart. He wanted to say something, but when he saw Tan Tu’s expression, he suddenly couldn’t say it.

Tan Tu thought Su Ce had no problem. He looked out of the window and said, “Don’t go there.”

Su Ce looked down Tan Tu’s eyes and saw a corner of a house. Most of it was covered by trees about a hundred meters away.

“That’s Ah’Er Sen’s house there. He always likes to hang in the sun on the tree and doesn’t like to be disturb.” Tan Tu coughed softly. Although he’s telling the truth, but just a half of it.

In the tribe, it was precisely because of the existence of Ah’Er Sen, that Tan Tu, who could have been called the tribe’s strongest male, became the “one of the strongest males”.

Ah’Er Sen’s temperament was less pleasing than Tan Tu’s. He’s cold. Most females also didn’t like to be close to him... But his looks are very beautiful, the beast type is also beautiful. Su Ce just arrived here and their houses are so close to each other... Tan Tu is a little worried. He’s afraid that Su Ce would be attracted to Ah’Er Sen.

Su Ce didn’t think of Tan Tu’s careful thinking. He only thought the other party was somewhat an obscure neighbor that Tan Tu reminded him but he didn’t care much.

In fact, he was secretly frowning thinking about how to tell Tan Tu. He nodded, “I see.”

Tan Tu breathed a sigh of relief. He remembered Su Ce hasn’t eaten for a long time. He said, “I’ll get you something to eat.”

However, his arms were caught by Su Ce. He turned back and saw Su Ce’s solemn expression.

“Tan Tu, I have something to tell you.” Su Ce wanted to think about it more, but decided to say it directly, “I can’t accept you.”
