Fish Fry

“Do you need olive oil?”

Asks Roxanne.\n

Before we were done with hunting for the day, we move to 6th floor of Vale’s labyrinth. Reason being, there are Naive Olives on this floor.

“Just a little.”

We hunt Naive Olives until one slot of my Item Box was completely filled with olive oil.\n

We finish hunting and move to Quratar’s adventurers guild.\n

Miria is excited and walks ahead of us.\n

Today is the day for the promised fish.

“Fish~ fish~ fish~ desu.”

It’s obvious that she hasn’t forgotten.\n

We make a beeline for the fishmonger.\n

There are other things I want to buy but it’s not possible to buy anything before buying fish.

“Is there any good fish?”\n

“Rock sole, she says.”

The moment Roxanne translates my question, Miria immediately points her finger at one.

I add chopped vegetables, mayonnaise and lemon juice to the pot, and crush the boiled egg.\n

After pouring some tartar sauce over it, fish fry is ready to be served.\n

It seems normal course of action in this world, at least.

I killed thieves in the very first village I appeared in. I also killed thieves to fund Roxanne’s purchase.\n

But this doesn’t mean that I want to make it my profession.\n

Besides, I don’t want to put Roxanne, Sherry and Miria in danger.

If it’s one-on-one, however, I can’t imagine Roxanne finding herself in trouble.\n

Sherry has leveled up quite a bit, so she can hold her own against low level thieves.\n

My concern is Miria who has only recently joined our party.

Well, we don’t even know yet if he’s actually a thief.\n

He may be someone who happened to be at the same location for three days straight.\n

We have to confirm first.
