When the day dawned, Xiao Jin stretched, got up and briefly moved around the camp, patted the car door and called Xiao Cheng to get up.
“It’s almost time to go. Get up and get something for breakfast. I’ll call Chu Xiang.”
Xiao Cheng yawned, opened the door and got out of the car. He took a few packs of instant noodles, made a fire, then frowned. He said, “Why am I being their errand boy? How could they let me do all the trivial things?”
He looked up at the tent and burst into laughter at what he saw. His brother called out to Chu Xiang from outside the tent, and half bent over to hear the movement inside. Why did he resemble a eunuch?!

Chu Xiang smiled at him. “No, I’m addressing my teammate. I’ll be the captain of our team from now on. Be obedient and you’ll eat meat with the captain, get it?”
“Didn’t I and Xiao Cheng bring meat to you? Okay, I get it. Let’s go have some breakfast. It should be cooked now.” Xiao Jin pushed her forward, urging her to breakfast. Afterward, he turned around and disassembled the tent neatly.
When Chu Xiang sat down by the fire, Xiao Cheng handed her a bowl of instant noodles and asked in a whisper, “How did you tame my brother? I haven’t seen him listen to anyone so obediently.”
Chu Xiang shrugged. “I don’t know. Maybe he was shocked by my strength. If you become stronger, someone will listen to you.”
Xiao Cheng pouted, not believing it at all. In the past, when his brother was boxing, the first thought he’d have when he encountered a strong opponent was to knock him down. How could he be shocked? He grumbled while eating instant noodles, but Chu Xiang ignored him.
What she said was the truth. If she were a man, a person like Xiao Jin would naturally regard her as an opponent or a brother. But given that she was a woman, Xiao Jin would not compete with her subconsciously. On top of that, she was his savior, so he treated her as his own. He also indulged her and took care of her. The premise was that she was strong enough to be so valued by Xiao Jin.
Xiao Jin moved quickly. After they finished eating instant noodles, Xiao Jin also tied the tent to the car and came over. Chu Xiang patted Xiao Cheng on the shoulder and said, “Wash the pots and dishes when you’re done. I’ll go check the car. By the way, didn’t they escape from the city yesterday and drive a car? Get the gasoline.”
Xiao Cheng was stunned by such a natural command from her. Xiao Jin stretched his legs and kicked him, and said without raising his head, “Get going. Xiangxiang will be our captain in the future, and we will listen to her. I am the vice captain, and you can raise your opinion with me. Hurry up.”
Chu Xiang had already gone to check the car. Xiao Cheng didn’t react until he came back after washing the dishes. He slapped Xiao Jin on the back. “There are only three people in our team. One is the captain, the other is the vice-captain, so am I the soldier?”
“Then what else do you want? Whoever has the bigger fist has the final say. Or would you like to challenge us?” Xiao Jin handed him the empty bowl, looking up and showing a nasty smile.
Xiao Cheng grunted, grabbed the bowl in his hand and ran to wash it. “Two arrogant ghosts. Sooner or later, you’ll be abused.”
Xiao Jin shook his head with a smile, put out the fire, and went around the camp to check if he had forgotten something.
Everyone else in the camp woke up when they heard their movements. They were terrified last night. Because they refused to listen to Xiao Cheng’s advice to tie up the wounded, in the middle of the night, the man turned into a zombie and instantly killed one person. They hurriedly dealt with the injured, but they couldn’t get past the hurdle in their hearts.
There were only seven of them left, and only one of them was a man who could fight with Xiao Jin before. The others who could fight were beaten black and blue because of the scuffle with the Xiao brothers. If the zombies were to attack, they would be completely powerless to resist and die on the spot.
They almost lost their combat power, and their condition worsened one by one. When they saw Chu Xiang sitting in the driver’s seat, they surmised that they were going to leave. They could no longer sit still and ran out of the car bravely.
