Chapter 25- Initial

*Flashback on what happened on Ye Heng’s side in chapter 1*

*Note: XR didn’t really mean Aunt as in a family relative, most places here in Asia we call our elders Aunts and Uncles or Grandma and Grandpa may they be your parent’s friends, your next-door neighbor, a random person in the street as long as they’re in the older generation

Yuanxi smiled and kept silent. Xin Rui’an was so frank that he was very comfortable to talk with. It is reasonable to say that he is a junior and Xin Ruian is an elder, and there should be respect for the elderly. But Xin Ruian did not mind that. He had the enthusiasm of his elders, but he also had the frankness of being equal to the younger generation.

At first, I had no clue that the first half of the chapter was a flashback on YH’s POV on chapter 1 and I was so confused like what am I, who am I, and where am I, and then realization hit me like a truck. I don’t know if my brain cells took a break at that time cuz I didn’t realize it, so I put a note saying that it was a flashback so you won’t feel dumb like me lol. Enjoy reading!
