Even though there weren’t any Yokai around in Lu Mingshu’s world, beasts with high cultivation had intelligence too. Lu Mingshu dared not offend it. She slowly took out the badge and threw it at the beast. “I’m a nine jade palace disciple who is here for an earth spirit.”

The beast grabbed the badge with its mouth and threw it back at her after checking it.

With that, the boundary blocking the path was gone, and the beast now stood aside, making space for them to enter.

Lu Mingshu entered first, followed by little boo and little daze trailing silently behind her. It wasn’t known if it was because they were frightened, but both were surprisingly quiet.

Little boo placed the earth spirit trying to escape into the sack before he continued looking around again.
