The helmet problem needed to be solved by the laboratory.
Su Mingqian asked Ask to send an email inquiry to the laboratory, asking if they could upgrade Li Shuoxing’s helmet so that he could stay in the game longer.
After all that, Su Mingqian lifted his pillow and quietly disposed of the book placed underneath it that couldn’t be viewed by minors.
He decided to wait for the hardware conditions to arrive before thinking about it.
The main problem at this stage was still to find a way to make a fanwork so he could get the handcraft.
But, after a morning of reading, it became clear to Su Mingqian that it wasn’t easy to write an article, nor was it reliable to write an article himself. If he wanted to create fanwork, he couldn’t start with writing an article.
The other major category of fanwork, in addition to fanfiction, was fanart.
Or, I could

Su Mingqian had an idea.
He thought of one of Li Shuoxing’s secrets.
He had always known Li Shuoxing’s little secret, but Li Shuoxing had never known that his own little secret was known to him.
This time, he decided to quietly touch Li Shuoxing’s little secret.
***
Li Shuoxing was steadily typing.
As he was typing, a video pop-up window popped up on his desktop. Li Shuoxing, who was immersed in the storyline, was taken aback. Before he could react, a second and third pop-up window popped up, stacking neatly on top of Li Shuoxing’s documents.
What’s going on? Is there a virus on my computer?
Li Shuoxing wondered. He pulled out his hand and manipulated his mouse to close the pop-up windows.
Li Shuoxing, whose eyes were completely drawn to the pop-up windows, didn’t notice that the moment the pop-up windows popped up, a small shadow on the desktop ran from the bottom left corner of the screen into the computer’s hard drive with lightning speed, pulled out a picture from a folder sitting in the corner of the computer’s hard drive, hid it behind his back, and then ran from the hard drive back to the desktop.
All done.
Su Mingqian paced two steps on the desktop as if nothing had happened. He calmed his racing heart, and then apologised to Li Shuoxing, “Sorry, Ximu. I just pressed the wrong key and opened another software.”
Only then did Li Shuoxing, who had closed several pop-up windows, notice Su Mingqian.
He took a look at him and suddenly found that, in just those few seconds, he gained an extra tail.
Emm, a tail?
He blinked twice and took a closer look at the “tail” behind Su Mingqian. It was a long image title, specifically:
Poor cub fails to pry open the window and escape.jpg
Li Shuoxing was alarmed.
Isn’t this the winter food that I’ve stored in the corner of my hard drive?! Why is it in the cub’s hands? Could it be—
For a moment, Li Shuoxing was worried that his food had been discovered by Su Mingqian, and Su Mingqian was worried that Li Shuoxing had discovered that he had tampered with his food. Both sides were worried, and both didn’t dare act rashly.
A short pause.
Li Shuoxing thought that Su Mingqian was still waiting for him to answer. He pretended as if nothing had happened. “
Oh, it’s okay.”
Su Mingqian also pretended as if nothing had happened. “Then I’ll go back to reading.”
After that, he continued to place his hands behind his back, and drove the scroll, a new flying prop, forward. He turned his body along with the movement of the scroll during his flight, always positioning himself to face Li Shuoxing with his hands behind his back.
Li Shuoxing didn’t dare look too blatantly.
The cub had an external camera in his hand and could see him.
He pretended to be typing, but was actually glancing at the cub out of the corner of his eye. He saw him riding on the small blanket, all the way back to his little position, and then, as quick as lightning, pulling the picture out from behind him and pinning it into a book.
It was the book that had been converted from webpages.
Li Shuoxing saw that the picture had been combined with a webpage with an L on it, and the cub was staring at them, observing carefully.
There was a line of narration on the screen.
[Su Mingqian is looking at them very seriously.]
[Su Mingqian seems to recall something.]
His heart was drumming.
It was obvious.
The cub found my little private library, and he found the daily pictures I’ve screenshotted and is studying one of them carefully.
He’s looking at an ordinary picture so seriously. If the cub finds my stored treasures of wake-up audio, women’s clothing videos, and so on in my private library, wouldn’t it be miserable?
Li Shuoxing’s heart drummed even faster.
No, no, no, no.
Li Shuoxing decided to think of something!
He walked around the room and suddenly had an idea.
He searched his study and found another monitor.
He connected the second monitor to his computer, so that it became a dual display. The cub stayed on the right screen and could see its contents, but not the left screen and its contents.
Li Shuoxing was quick.
He began to act as soon as he connected to the screen. He used the left screen to operate his computer, packaging and transferring the “Winter Food” in the hard drive to his iPad. When the transmission was finished, he deleted all the sensitive audio and video files, only keeping some basic pictures.
After all that, Li Shuoxing wiped the sweat from his forehead.
He disconnected the iPad and moved the monitor back, then sat back in his chair and continued typing as if nothing had happened.

While Li Shuoxing was quietly doing things, Su Mingqian was also quietly doing things at the same time.
He had taken a picture from Li Shuoxing’s folder and ran off. When he got back to his own place, he realised that it was an early picture.
In the picture, he was wearing a blue and white striped hospital gown, his hands were on the window sill, and he was looking outside eagerly.
But reality and pictures were never quite the same.
Su Mingqian remembered this image. When he had first arrived here, he wanted to escape, so he removed a steel rod from the bookshelf and used it to pry open the window. Unfortunately, he couldn’t pry it open, even after a long time

When he looked back on these things now, they had a different flavour.
Su Mingqian lovingly stroked the picture. He took it to Lofter, registered an account named Su, and then posted the picture and tagged it.
Su: “[image]”
Su Mingqian received several likes soon after posting it. He smiled slightly as if nothing had happened, closed the webpage, and continued to supervise Li Shuoxing’s writing, which happened to coincide exactly with the time that Li Shuoxing had started writing.
They both acted as if nothing had happened, working together in perfect harmony.
But soon, new problems arose.
Three hours had passed, and it was the middle of the afternoon. Su Mingqian noticed that during this period of time, 23 new contents had appeared under the Nine Crossings tag, and among these new contents, his was only ranked 10th, without a name on the tag’s daily list. As for the weekly, monthly, and overall lists, he didn’t dare to think about them.
His look became serious.
This obviously isn’t working.
Is it because I posted too little, so even though people like it, it’s still not popular enough?
He pondered for a moment, then cast his gaze to the other end of the screen again, where the computer’s hard drive was located.
However, he had already used pop-up boxes to divert Ximu’s attention. He couldn’t use the same method twice, otherwise, it would definitely arouse Ximu’s suspicion, so he could only

As Li Shuoxing wrote, he noticed that something was wrong again.
Su Mingqian, who was sitting in the corner, suddenly started to look at him frequently. As he looked at him, he even said, “Ximu, you’ve been writing for a long time. Get up and walk around. Go to the kitchen and have a drink of water.”
Here it comes!
Li Shuoxing pretended to agree with him. “Okay, I’ll get up for five minutes and then continue.”
He stood up, pushed his chair aside, and walked in the direction of the kitchen
without actually going to the kitchen, of course. Instead, he flashed to a corner where the computer camera couldn’t see him and secretly observed the screen.
He saw that after he had left, the cub also got up from his chair. He drove the scroll and flew into the computer icon. When he came out, there was a big bundle behind him when he came out, and underneath it was a folder name accompanied by many, many ellipses.
Winter Food

Good lord!
Last time, he just took a picture. This time, he directly ran away with my granary. The cub’s really going to take it all away and check each one of them!
Li Shuoxing felt shocked again, but immediately smiled.
He looked at his disconnected iPad, and then at the long, modified title that couldn’t be hidden behind the cub, and proudly complimented himself.
Li Shuoxing, you’re really smart!
He continued to observe.
He saw the cub flying all the way forward, frequently looking down at the camera in his hand as he flew along to see if he was coming back halfway through.
Finally, he arrived at his resting place, and immediately breathed a sigh of relief. He put down the big bundle behind him, untied it, took out the folder from it, and hid it behind the screen.
But, even the standing screen couldn’t block the folder’s long title.
Su Mingqian seemed to have finally discovered something now.
Li Shuoxing saw a bit or two of confusion on the face of the person on the screen. He bent down, touched the long ellipses under the folder with his hand, and pondered over them for a moment
Then, he stood up and pulled the zigzag screen straight, from its original W shape to a straight surface, so that the folder was finally hidden.
All in order.
Only then did Su Mingqian pull out another stack of pictures from the folder and place them all in the book. He sat back down, gathered nine of them, and used retouching software to fix them up. Then, he uploaded them on the internet to attract attention.
In the meantime, Li Shuoxing returned with a glass of water. He also sat back down, took a fake sip, and greeted the cub, “Cub, I’m going to continue.”
Su Mingqian: “Ximu is great!”

His covert efforts were worthwhile.
After he’d uploaded the new content, he had the most popularity of those who posted in the same period and stood at the top three of the daily list!
Seeing it all the way to this point, Su Mingqian was finally satisfied.
It was also getting late, so he packed up and got ready for bed. Before he went to sleep, he didn’t forget to send out an announcement: “There will be new content tomorrow. Please support me.”
Then, the night passed, and the next day came.
As soon as he woke up, Su Mingqian opened the webpage to browse his own content and various lists, and immediately fell silent.
He found that several items had been added to the tag after he had fallen asleep the previous night.
There were articles, pictures, and comic strips. They were all very popular, reaching the top of the weekly list in just one night, and were all on top of his pictures.
Su Mingqian went through them one by one.
The articles were well written, the pictures were beautifully drawn, and the comic strip stories were especially cute.
My screenshots are no match for them.
Su Mingqian felt a little lost.
But after a few seconds, his feeling of loss was gone. Su Mingqian had a new idea.
He went to call out Li Shuoxing. “Ximu~”
Li Shuoxing had just gotten up and was brushing his teeth. He vaguely said, “Huh?”
Su Mingqian: “Ximu, I want to hear a short story. Can you tell me a short story?”
This was the inspiration he had gotten from the comic strips.
I can’t write stories, but Ximu can.
I’ll ask Ximu to tell me a short story that won’t delay his writing, and then use Qianqian and Xingxing to pose accordingly, matching the pictures with the story, to make some comic strips.
Su Mingqian would never give up.
Everything, for the handcraft!
