The next day, after waking up early and having breakfast, Evan was informed briefly by Leo of what he had been through while they were on the move.
“You mean, this place is really wide.”
“Besides, it’s more unstable than Middle Earth, so it’s even difficult for us to find the path back to where we passed by yesterday.”
“What he means is that it’s hard to go to a place even when we have visited it once before.”
In other words, they were lost.
“Maybe it is this way. That tower was damn tall, so we can probably see it once we get near.”

The Devil seemed to be considered dangerous even to the hero couple who had been through hell. Evan laughed at their conversation. Lian tilted his head while being held in Evan’s embrace and asked him a question.
“Aren’t you afraid of the Devil, Hyung?”
“No. We have to fight him anyways, so getting scared will just lower our morale.”
“Are we fighting him soon!?”
“Of course.”
Lian looked at Evan in awe. It was too early for him to understand the idea of fatalism that Evan had. Leo saw the two of them, and he grumpily spoke.
“Don’t tell my son weird stuff.”
“It’s decided that we need to fight with the Devil. Do you think that you’re not part of this, Grandpa Leo?”
“I’m satisfied with clashing with the Mahwa Tribe. I’ll leave killing the Devil to you.”
While hearing his words, something suddenly popped up in Evan’s head.
“I realized that the Mahwa Tribe would also be here in the Demon Realm. Perhaps the former self of Rose is also here.”
“I kinda agree. I don’t want to meet with Rose without Bernard at her side.”
Evan couldn’t agree more. But fortunately, Aria settled up the misunderstanding between the two.
“The Mahwa Tribe didn’t work well with other tribes from the start. I’ve heard that they live within the barriers, so there’s no need to worry about encountering them.”
“Are they on bad terms?”
“There was a time when the Mahwa Tribe was about to take over the entire demon race. But two of the strongest demons showed up, and they suppressed the Mahwa Tribe. Rose led the barely surviving members and built a kingdom where nobody could invade.”
Huh, this was somewhat different from what Evan had heard personally from Rose. He narrowed his eyes. It was obvious who told him the lie. It must be Rose.

“Because it’s too much for them to survive in the Demon Realm. They were trying to gain strength on Middle Earth which they look down on. And they promised the Devil to resurrect the Demon King in exchange for the path to Middle Earth.”
Wasn’t this a truly well-written scenario? This was something that Evan would use to make fun of Rose the next time he met her.
“But Aria, this is the past.”
Leo spoke with a lukewarm expression.
“Wouldn’t that mean the Mahwa Tribe isn’t putting up their barrier now?”
“That
would be possible. All I heard was that it was during the ancient time when the Mahwa Tribe fell into decline and made their kingdom, and I don’t know the timeline for that. It may be going on as we speak.”
“That would mean if we ever encountered the two demons that suppressed the Mahwa Tribe, we can’t do anything to them. This complicates things well.”
“Grandpa, whew.”
Evan was getting used to being tormented by the time paradox as he spent time in the past, and he spoke like it wasn’t a problem at all.
“If our time travel to the past was predestined, everything will be all right unless we try to do things to destroy the future. If we ever encounter and kill those demons, we can kill half of the Mahwa Tribe on their behalf.”

”
Leo was in agony at Evan’s words, then he nodded brightly.
“Well, that’s that. Then we should prepare for the encounter with the Mahwa Tribe from now.”
“Leave that to me. It’s easy to create a medication against the Mahwa Tribe that hasn’t developed metamorphosis.”

Aria was at a loss for words, but basically, she agreed and nodded at Evan’s idea. Frankly, there was no other way available to them. They were already in the past of the Demon Realm, and the number of demons the two killed so far during their travel here should have reached over 4 digits. They couldn’t be certain whether the two demons were included among the corpses.

They were passing through the land while talking about such cruel things. The aura emitted by Leo and Aria was quite intense. With Evan, Mirole, and Maybell’s aura, several demons were attracted to them, so they had to switch amongst themselves in fighting against them. However, when Maybell’s turn, some of the demons recognized her and spoke bizarre things.

The gazes of the demons suddenly changed. As if someone used telepathy to the others, another horde of them was approaching from behind. Evan was trying to think where he had seen such a scene, then he quietly stopped the effort as he realized it was a scene from an AV in his previous life.

Evan quietly listened to their dialogues out of anticipation, but Maybell beheaded them first with her whip. Her whip swam amid the demons like a lively snake that was a few hundred meters long, and it chopped them into two.
―U-unique weaponry!?
―Run, she is a strong succubus!
“How dare you!”
The end of the whip split into three before ramming into the ground.
Maybell flung her whip until there were no traces of demons in the area left, then she retrieved it with a sneer.
“Know your place. I won’t even allow the tip of my toes to be licked by anyone that’s not Master!”
“Your words sound different when you speak while holding a whip, so stop it.”
Maybell handed over the blood crystals left by the demons to Evan, and she kissed his cheek.
“I’m all yours, so don’t worry.”
“I wasn’t even worried from the start.”
Evan kept the blood crystals she handed over. The blood crystals once again were absorbed into a singular crystal. It was a rare phenomenon that didn’t happen before. There was also the fact that the blood crystals weren’t dropped everywhere. However, the absorption amongst the blood crystals that still had the greedy nature of the dead demons was due to the effect of the Demon Realm environment.
“By the way, I didn’t know that succubae were popular. Wouldn’t you be attracting more demons if we pass through like this?”
“I’m sorry, everyone. The pheromone of the succubus is effective to humans, but it works too well towards the demons
”
Maybell had improved her abilities as a succubus when she entered the Demon Realm. Thanks to that, a different set of her abilities was soaring high. She could calm down the heat with Evan’s help yesterday, but it was too much for her to completely hide her presence.
“It’s actually a good thing. The reason why I’ve come to the Demon Realm is to minimize the number of demons.”
“She sure is a brave one.”
“Besides
they mentioned the name Dagero. He is one of the Top 3 among the Ten Knights.”
The Trinity Dagero was known for his iron body and martial arts. He had a unique skill in the line of martial art, and his unique weaponry also strengthened it; so, in terms of physical strength, he could become stronger than the Devil in an instant. That was right. His unique weaponry increased his strength with martial arts!
“Researching his corpse will help in creating my own unique weaponry.”
Maybell laughed at Evan’s mumbling of his ulterior motive. Leo looked interested next to him.

Aria spoke coldly while she beat the hell out of her husband. Maybell replied with a bright smile since she didn’t care for Leo but only Evan. Evan decided to give Aria a present that would boost her charm.
“Dad, you look stupid.”
“Lian, you will understand once you grow up. I hope you will have the right skill in choosing a good woman.”
“Mirole, can you stop sneakily speaking ill of me at the back?”
As Maybell got serious and spread out her succubus pheromone, the number of raids by demons became ridiculously high. Even more, the level of the demons started to become high.
“How is it, Mirole? Can you still keep it up?”
“With these, no problem.”
In fact, Leo’s and Aria’s levels were pretty high already, so they were letting Mirole give the final blow to level up. Evan asked a question while retrieving and combining the blood crystals into one. Leo had a huge grin on his face.

Leo was genuinely surprised and stepped back as Evan guessed it right in just one try. Evan realized that it was finally the time to unseal his most powerful attribute and its training manual.
