Qi Canghai had no idea what was Huang He’s role now.
However, when Bai Muchuan told him earlier at the cement factory that if he saw a familiar face, he had to let him go. Although Qi Canghai didn’t ask him why, somehow, he could sense something was going on and he believed that Huang He was not that kind of person.

With regards to this matter, he had guessed it himself without telling anyone.
Bai Muchuan perked up when he heard that. “Where was the wallet found?”
“The police post reported that it was found at Cheng Shuang Street, the street near Grand Orchid Pavilion
