The main plot of the movie “Tibetan Warrior Pavilion” was based on a rumour.

It was said that when the demon clan was exterminated many years ago, the leader of the Tibetan Pavilion took a peerless magic weapon from the demon clan’s treasure vault. However, after the war, no one could find the treasure vault. Allegedly, the specific location of the treasure vault was hidden in the drawings and the magic weapon.

When this rumour spread throughout the martial arts world, the Tibetan Warrior Pavilion became a target of public criticism. In fact, this was a conspiracy planned by Xiao Siyuan, the second male lead played by Ji Qinghuai.

Xiao Siyuan’s character was extremely paranoid and cruel. Ji Qinghuai understood that Xiao Siyuan may have a mental problem. He had fallen into madness and the things he did couldn’t be comprehended using common sense. To add on, he was also temperamental and moody. To sum up, he was a lunatic.

Ji Qinghuai had never tried this kind of role and Xiao Siyuan’s role left a very strong impression on him, so he rejected the main protagonist role, Qi Feng.

He wanted to let loose and abuse the protagonist.

But a week after joining the film crew, all of Ji Qinghuai’s expectations and enthusiasm were drained due to various reasons. The actual filming in the scorching sun was already terrible but Wang Jiajia still quarreled with the director every day, hindering the shooting progress.

Fortunately, there was no emotional relation between Xiao Siyuan and the female lead in the script so Ji Qinghuai and Wang Jiajia had very few scenes together. It was just that Lu Fangjie, the actor for the male protagonist, had the most scenes with her. After every scene, Lu Fangjie would sigh helplessly and silently wish for the director to replace him.

Therefore, Ji Qinghuai concentrated on filming his scenes and usually watched the excitement on the film set. Other times, he would play with his phone. Huang Minghai was aggravated by Wang Jiajia for an entire week but when he looked at Ji Qinghuai, he suddenly felt a lot more calm.

This morning, Ji Qinghuai changed his clothes and put on makeup before Huang Minghai pulled him to supervise the shooting. Ji Qinghuai sat in front of the monitor and watched the male and female protagonists act out the first scene. Wang Jiajia had only uttered two lines before Ji Qinghuai couldn’t bear to watch.

In the film, Wang Jiajia played He Qingyi, a kind and intelligent eldest lady. This persona was very pleasing, but Wang Jiajia’s unruly and willful acting added ferocious looks and various small actions. Just then, the mobile phone in his hand vibrated. Ji Qinghuai lowered his head and unlocked the screen, seeing a WeChat message.

Ji Qinghuai read the message, turned to his assistant and said, “Luo Yi, go nearby and help me pick someone up.”

Luo Yi questioned, “Pick up who?”

“A gentleman surnamed Xie.”

Luo Yi nodded and continued, “But I don’t know this Mr Xie, how can I determine which one is him?”

“It’s easy,” Ji Qinghuai said. “Just look at the faces of the people you pass and find one that looks good but is a little worse than me. That’s Mr Xie.”

“Friend?” Fan Wei asked again, “He came to see you?”

Ji Qinghuai replied, “En.”

“Then it seems that your relationship is very good,” Fan Wei said with a smile. “Otherwise, who would endure the burning heat to visit the set.”

Ji Qinghuai smiled and did not say a word, but his heart had already begun to weaken.

Visiting the set does not necessarily mean that they had a good relationship, what exactly their relationship is had yet to be seen…

After half an hour, the filming was paused and everyone took a rest while having lunch. Lu Fangjie sat next to Ji Qinghuai and struck up a conversation with him. However, he unintentionally looked up and was stunned.
