Chapter 3-15: Volume 3 - Chapter 15 – Movements of the Lower Class Countries

Sorry for being late again, here’s the chapter you’ve been waiting for . I had planned to translate it when I got back from my training, but I got dragged into a lot of other additional duties right away, and didn’t have the time until yesterday to start, so it’s rushed .
