Guans’ Village was located in Shangyang County. Shangyang County and Shiquan County were separated by two mountains. The Wangs would have to pass by a section of sand and gravel road before they could reach the cement section. That cement road was built way back then. Although it had been there for many years and some sections of the cement road had already collapsed, it was much better than the sand and gravel road before it.
The four of them squeezed themselves into one pedicab so it was very crowded. Because of this, Wang Cheng decided to get off and sit behind. Although the rest of the road was not particularly bumpy, Mama Wang repeatedly reminded him to be careful.
