Chapter 16: Do as You Are Told

People from the Dark Moon City more or less had heard some legends about the “Bloody Lotus”.

Most people knew that this “Bloody Lotus” stepped onto her current position as the Mayoress by paving her road with blood.

People said that she had caused some of the most horrible and brutal massacres in the Dark Moon City.
