The squabble had stopped, and the stillness of the night returned under the star-studded sky.

The stars were shining brightly above Eleanor.
They were like jewels as they gleamed, but they didn’t enter his eyes.
She wasn’t even a beauty, and all they did was quarrel, plus she was just a cheeky human girl — and yet, she was the only one reflected in his eyes.
“Eleanor. Will you become my Saintess?”
