Not sure what さっむ means. I searched online and the closest thing I found was さっm which is used on Japanese twitter but even then, a lot of people don't know what it means. One of the explanations is that it's a joke from someone trying to type n twice to make ん for さん (san) but accidentally typing m twice, making っm. It would make sense since her name is pronounced san but it's a little far-fetched since the original is さっむ instead of さっm.
I'm finally back from exams!
I worked on this chapter before I started fully focusing on exams so I noticed something was different when I came back to work on it. Apparently the author did some mass editing on all of their chapters while I was gone. That means I'll be going back to the previous chapters and adjusting the translation so it matches the contents of the edited ones. They're mostly minor changes like changes in format, changes in stream titles, a sentence or two cut out, so it should be fairly quick.
