The Right Timing (4)
Ring. The bell on the shop door rang.
“Oh, my God.”
Wendy, the owner of the grocery store, was embarrassed when she recognized Kian’s face. She knew that Kian was the one Liliana ran away with because she had a close relationship with Pina.
Wendy approached Kian in a panic. Grabbing Kian by the arm, no one could see, she led him to the office room inside the store.
Wendy, who hurriedly closed the door, looked at Kian.
“No, why are you here?! Lady Liliana, is she okay?”
The person who fled from here came all the way back here. It could only be for one reason. Kian looked at Wendy with a dark face.
“That’s why I came here. Can I meet Pina?”

Rowena and the crown prince were spending a hot time in the bedroom, so the daily routine of the maid and the attendant was relatively idle.
The servants were enjoying the festival outside the imperial palace in two shifts.
Rowena had a firm side, but she was a generous owner, so she didn’t even say anything about going out if they did their job properly. Rather, they were given pocket money.
“…Lady Linese’s heart is so nasty, she makes her servants work like that when it’s time for a festival or state event.”
“They say you have to look good enough to go out and watch the festival with that lady. Isn’t that cheesy? What’s the point of doing so?”
The maids were watching the festival, chattering leisurely. Pina, who had been in the palace for more than a month, hung out with them.
Next to her was Anna, who they claimed to be a soul mate.
However, since Anna was recognized by the marquis’s family members or knights, she had put on a wig and makeup to make her look completely different. It was Pina’s skill in makeup.
They were walking around the street pleasantly, as they had received a generous allowance from Rowena, who became the crown princess. The maids were just happy that they had money left to enjoy the festival even after sending money to their families.
Their conversation, which had been ridiculing the Lady and the Lord who they had gossiped about for a long time, was moving into something about the knights. There were many knights who worked in the imperial palace, but knights with good looks or excellent chivalry were always talked about by the maids.
“…That knight laughed at the young lady to her face. No matter how good his face is, what can you do if you don’t have a good family?”
“Oh my…”
“But, the 3rd Knight Commander witnessed the scene. He values chivalry, so if you get caught doing that, your promotion is out of the question. I don’t think the knight knows.”
“All men with good character know and catch criminals like a master. Oh, is there a man?”
The maids laughed at Pina’s lament. However, one person tapped Pina’s arm and gave a subtle look.
“Why? You know one. Lancelot!”
When his name rose, the maids cheered. However, another maid shook her head with excitement.
“It’s said he changed his lover again this time. It’s not him.”
“Ah…”
Lancelot had a reputation for being handsome and well-mannered, but he didn’t last long with a woman. He seemed to move lightly from woman to woman.
Pina hummed and snorted as she recalled Lancelot’s handsome face.
Because Pina, like Lancelot, had once been ordered by Rowena, the maids would pay attention to her whenever Lancelot became a topic of conversation.
Nothing happened!
“Huh?”
It was time to look at the rabbit-shaped ornaments of the stall with a sweet potato stick bought on the street. Someone pulled Pina’s skirt and pointed to one side of the street.
It was Anna.
“Isn’t that… Kian? I didn’t see it wrong, did I? Kian?”
Pina turned her head and found a tall, black-haired beauty. Pina and Anna’s expressions also became serious. They broke up after asking for understanding from the maids who came out together with them.
Kian’s face was a little brighter at the sight of the two running.
“Why are you here?!”
Anna asked, unable to grasp his collar because he would have been Liliana’s husband. Kian’s face quickly became twice as dark.
“Hurry up and tell us!”
At Pina’s urging, Kian told the truth. Pina and Anna’s faces turned pale.

At a time like this!
Although Marquis Wenson was mean, they didn’t think he would do this. However, even in her current position, it was difficult for Pina to help Kian because the prince, who entered the bedroom with Rowena, seldom showed Rowena’s face.
The prince came out to receive the meal, and all of Rowena’s attendants seemed to be serving the prince. Even cleaning the bedroom was when the two entered the bathroom.
While the prince was whining at Rowena in the bathroom, they cleaned the bedroom, so they couldn’t even see Rowena’s shadow.
