Chapter 23 [The Bath is Cleansing the Mind] Part 2

Apparently, it seems like my predecessor was at fault.

The embezzlement of ingredients and negligence of management of the logistical support.

I took the bread out of my magic bag.

I began to make today’s menu–vegetable soup and stir-fried vegetables with meat.

I created a cooking stove in the village, adjusted the heat with magic, and cut the vegetables with my regulated wind cutter for cooking use. Soup was Tet’s job. I’m in charge of the stir-fried vegetables with meat.

The soup was simmered with vegetables and the preserved bacon that we bought and the scum became white bubbles and floated there.

I gave directions to Tet to scoop it all out and she faithfully performed those actions without fail.

As expected of the former golem Tet. The execution of the orders was flawless.

Then, I moved the finished soup to the large pot, created the stir-fried vegetables with meat in a frying pan similar to a gigantic wok three times, and moved it with a gigantic metal bat.

Then, from afternoon on is undecided, but we’ll be doing various things. Then, in the evening, we’ll heat up the riverside bath, so everyone can take a bath. After that is dinner then bed.”

“Well then, we’re going to eat dinner then clean up, so you can rest after you tidy up.”

Having said that, Tet and I took the separate set aside meal and ate in the house we were going to stay at. After tidying it up by washing it with water with magic, we put up a tent inside the small house that Tet created.
