Chapter 215 Conclusion
The Kaiser Aurumsaur was the peak of its species. The oppressive pressure was something that it was born with, capable of subduing those beneath it. Toad and Bird were frozen in their tracks. The scene in front of them had far exceeded their expectations. To think that the beasts infected by Balamu were afraid of a single human! It was truly, utterly unbelievable.
Li Yunfei and the rest were shocked as well. It was like everything he’d known about the world before this had shattered. Since when had a horde of beasts been intimidated by a single human?

Xiang Ning only flashed a smile and pointed at Toad and Bird. “Hey, they’re getting away.”
Li Yunfei turned and saw the two cult members trying to run away. With a single throw of his axe, he cut off their escape path, and with their escape path blocked, they had no choice but to fight back.
There weren’t any grandiose martial techniques, nor were there any surprises.
With the same cooperation they exhibited when they had fought the Kaiser Aurumsaur, Li Yunfei and Xiang Ning successfully slew Toad. Bird felt like he could do nothing as he saw his partner die. Then, in a fit of frenzy, he unleashed a barrage of attacks to take down Xiang Ning, the culprit responsible for destroying his plans. Because he had lost his composure, he didn’t even know how he died when Xiang Ning used a flying knife and pierced his head.
The danger was finally over.
Xiang Ning’s favorability was increased in the hearts of the people of Tranquil City. Thanks to him, Fang Zhenyuan wouldn’t need to head into the wilderness to save his children.
