The darkness that devoured Mayanes Orgaâs body disappeared like the night giving way to dawn.
[You have defeated the Bow of Arrogance, Mayanes Orga.]

[Fame has increased significantly. You will become more well-known to people of faith in particular.]
[Several churches will welcome you. You can accrue contribution points more easily now, and also accept quests from the churches.]
[You have partially completed the Goddessâs Quest.]
The God of Creationâs source, which glimmered like a star, and the âBow of Angerâ floated in the water.
Kang Oh, still in his demon form, quickly snatched them up.
With its creator dead, the giant worm quickly melted away like chocolate ice cream. Countless people, both living and dead, popped out of it.
However, those barely living would die soon. After all, they had suddenly reappeared underwater.
Kang Oh quickly pulled them to the surface, but he wasnât sure how many of them would survive.
If heâd asked Tasha to help, she would cross her arms and look at him like heâs crazy, but Sara didnât have negative feelings towards humans.
Kang Oh popped out of the water, took a look around, and saw red/black flames flickering everywhere.
âYeah, itâs not over yet.â
Kang Oh turned his head and searched for Gainus.
Because he was so large, it was easy to find the white-scaled dragon.
He was curled up on the bottom of the lake. Kang Oh could see Eder and his undead monsters beside him.
Kang Oh kicked at the water. The dark red wings on his back moved in sync, and pushed away the water.
His body was propelled forward.
Sara slowly followed him.
Gainus clearly wasnât in good shape. His back was burnt black, and there were teeth marks all over his body, which continuously bled red shards of light.
Both of his eyes were closed, so he must be unconscious.
Kang Oh approached Eder and grasped his shoulder.
Eder turned his head and looked into his eyes.
Kang Oh pointed at Gainus. âHow is he?â
Eder shook his head concernedly. âHeâs not doing well.â
Orgaâs fake Leviathan had mimicked the originalâs special ability.
It was an extremely lethal poison.
The poison was dangerous enough that even Eder wasnât capable of treating it properly. It made Kang Oh wonder why this poison wasnât part of the top 10 most lethal poisons in Arth.
If he wasnât a dragon, the Divine Dragon at that, then the poison wouldâve claimed his life a long time ago.
Anyhow, based on Ederâs expression and actions, Kang Oh could tell how bad Gainusâs condition was.
Kang Oh concernedly stared at Gainus.
âHe wonât die, will he? After all, heâs the Divine Dragon.â
They most likely wouldnât be able to rely on his help to fight Jigon.
Kang Oh tapped Ederâs shoulder. âWatch over him.â
âUnderstood.â Eder nodded his head and clasped his hands as if in prayer.
He was probably saying something like âPlease be carefulâ, or âI pray that you are victoriousâ.
Kang Oh gave him a thumbs up, and forcefully kicked at the water. His wings supported him, pushing the water away.
Kang Oh shot upwards like a rocket being sent off to space. Sara followed after him.
Mayanes Jigon was incredibly powerful with the Black Sun in hand. After all, it annihilated anyone who even so much as touched it.
Bart, Helena, Cyndia and her companions, and the Draco Tribe felt like they were in hell.
No, they were already there.
Half of the paladins, priests, and Draco Tribe had died. They were either burnt to cinders, or were completely annihilated without a trace.
Because Sephiro had punctured a hole in Jigonâs wings, he relentlessly attacked him, which drove the pair crazy.
The Black Sun repeatedly came at him.
The black flames flickered, and came straight for Sephiro and Waryong.
Waryong desperately cried out, and flapped its wings as fast as it could.
âYou can do it, Waryong!â Sephiro desperately yelled.
Waryong was special amongst the wyverns, which were known for their skill in flying. It was a mutant wyvern that spat flames, not poison, and had red skin as well. Its wings were also much larger than its peers.
Thus, it flew with the skill of an adult wyvern, even though Sephiro was riding on its back.
Because of that, they had remained safe.
The black flames lashed out like a snakeâs tongue, almost singing Waryongâs tail, but it barely managed to dodge it.
Sephiro gritted his teeth and shot another arrow at Jigon.
Since he knew heâd be fighting the Mayanes, he had brought along a few special arrows. That arrow had been one of them.
After all, normal arrows wouldâve burned up before they even left his grasp.
There was a sphere at the end of it, rather than an arrowhead.
The sphere grew, and released its contents.
It was the spit of a âKono Konoâ monster. It was used as a type of glue in Arth.
The monsterâs spit was extremely sticky.
Jigon extended his off-hand.
Spiraling flames gradually got larger and larger in his palm.
The flames burnt away the Kono Kono spit, turning it into black smoke.
Then, Jigonâs statuesque face contorted.
He covered his nose due to the foul stench.
If burnt, Kono Kono saliva would smell incredibly foul. Sephiro had known about this all along.
Jigon had covered up his nose, and his body completely stiffened.
Sephiro and Waryong used that chance to take a breather.
Their companions did the same.
The Draco Tribe and the Church of Death had already incurred severe casualties. They all widened the distance between them and Jigon.
The Black Sun was a blade that couldnât be used for an extended period of time. Thus, they had to stay alive for as long as possible!
Their mindset was âEven if I die, I have to buy even 1 more second of timeâ.
Bart and Helena knew that just avoiding his attacks wasnât the answer. Thus, when he was frozen solid, they attacked him immediately.
Bart created a sphere of light and darkness, two disparate elements that shouldnât mix, and then launched the unstable sphere at Jigon.
ââŚPunish him!â Helena quickly completed her incantation.
Thousand Chain Lightning!
It was great magic cast whilst using Overload.
Crackle! Crackle! Crackle! Crackle!
Blue lightning flew from her staff, enveloping the sky.
Jigon scowled and swung the Black Sun in a large arc.
The black flames incinerated the Chaos Sphere and the lightning bolts, which spread out like spider webs.
Bart clicked his tongue, and Helena bit her lip.
It was a tremendous blade that annihilated both skills and spells!
Jigon pinched his nose; he must still be smelling the Kono Kono saliva.
Then, he angrily raised his hand.
Countless flaming spears appeared in the air.
Their faces were overcast by deep shadows.
The flaming spears and the Black Sun would result in several more of their comradesâ deaths.
Jigonâs face suddenly stiffened, and he didnât let loose the flaming spears.
âWhatâs going on?â Sephiro analyzed Jigon, and looked around all over the place.
He saw Orgaâs water turn black, and then turn back to normal. It was one of Kang Ohâs darkness skills that he occasionally used.
âDid Mr. Kang Oh finish off Orga?â
Thatâs why Jigon had suddenly stiffened.
Orgaâs presence had completely disappeared.
The God of Creationâs source made Orga immortal. However, his presence had âcompletelyâ disappeared. It was as if it had never existed in the first place. That wouldnât happen unless he were dead.
âThat fearsome sword that killed Krishan and my comrades is in the water.â
Jigon recalled the jet-black blade that radiated darkness. Then, he started to think about it.
Orga was already dead, and the only blade that could kill him was still in the water.
Moreover, Gainus could pop out of the water.
So was there a reason for him to stay and fight?
âI donât sense the God of Creationâs source in the water.â
His life was much more valuable to him than the God of Creationâs source.
Ultimately, Jigon decided to retreat.
âThis is a final parting gift!â Jigon lowered his hand.
The flaming spears shot everywhere. Kang Ohâs companions either protected themselves or tried to avoid them.
Jigon stretched out his white wings and tried to fly away.
As if he were waiting for him to do thatâŚ
An arrow with an orb instead of an arrowhead shot at him.
The orb grew, and sticky Kono Kono saliva sprayed onto Jigonâs body.
He knew that if he burned it, it would unleash a truly foul smell.
Ultimately, he had no choice but to swing the Black Sun and burn it all away. However, Sephiro was clever. He had shot the arrow at the opposite end of his body, the part that wasnât holding the Black Sun.
Jigon would be forced to slowly turn his body around in order to swing the Black Sun and burn away the Kono Kono saliva.
So he was already too late.
The Kono Kono saliva had gotten on Jigonâs wing.
âDamn it!â Jigon yelled furiously, and tried moving his wing. Unfortunately, he couldnât properly move his half folded wing.
It wasnât like he couldnât fly, but he wouldnât be able to fly at any respectable speed.
âHeâs trying to run away. We have to stop him!â Sephiro yelled.
He was riding atop Waryong. Thus, he left dodging to Waryong, and focused on what was in front of him.
Thatâs why he had seen what Jigon was trying to do, and made an effort to stop him.
Bart and Helena reacted to him first.
They dodged the flaming spears, and attacked Jigon on both sides.
Of course, they made sure to stay clear of the Black Sun!
Jigon furiously swung the Black Sun. âGet out of my way!â
Bart saw the Black Sun coming his way, and smirked.
He dodged the Black Sun by using an Archerâs prized survival skill.
There was a giant clump of ice on Jigonâs back, courtesy of Helena.
A flaming claw came flying at Helena. However, it wasnât an attack that she couldnât block. After all, it wasnât the Black Sun.
Using Double Casting, she cast both spells simultaneously.
The Ice Shield was split into six pieces. The flaming claw cut straight through the Water Barrier as well.
âHuahk!â Jigon screamed, and swung the Black Sun once more.
His blade extended, which cut through the steam. However, Helena wasnât there anymore. She had gotten herself out right after casting Water Barrier.
A water pillar surged into the air, and out came a demon with dark red wings, demonic horns, and a beast mask.
Behind him was an exhausted Sara.
Jigon widened his eyes. âThat sword!â
Demon Sword Ubist. That blade had killed several of his companions, and was even capable of killing him.
