“What?!”
At once, Yimyung jumped up from his seat and tried to run out of the office. Two detectives quickly tried to stop him from leaving, but Yimyung easily overpowered them.
“UGH!”
“Argh!”
Two of them were thrown off easily like ragdolls. Yimyung was already famous for his fighting prowess, but he was too strong for a patient who was recently shot by a gun.
“You two can’t even stand against a patient? You should work out more.”
Yimyung then ran out of the office.

All detectives from the 3rd team quickly ran out after Yimyung. But Yimyung was so fast that before anyone could catch up, he was already on the first floor by the Director’s room. Yimyung ignored the secretary trying to stop him from bursting into the room and forced his way in.

Yimyung bursted into the room, and the director Sang Yugeun, who was on the phone, frowned. But he didn’t seem to be too surprised. This kind of thing happening wasn’t all that rare from Yimyung. Yimyung always ran straight into the Director or Vice Director’s room when something he could not understand happened.

They’re moving to a medical building? Okay. Keep your eyes on them.”
Sang Yugeun then pressed down on the button on the phone to end the call. The secretary behind Yimyung became frustrated and tried to drag Yimyung out of the room, but Yimyung did not budge. Sang Yugeun got up and raised his hand to let the secretary know that it was okay.
“You can stay outside.”
“Y-yes sir.”
The secretary closed the door as she walked out of the room. Sang Yugeun then turned to Yimyung with an uncomfortable look on his face.
“What is the meaning of this? Didn’t I tell you to speak to your supervisor many times?”
Most detectives would not even dare to run in and speak to the director like this. But Yimyung was nicknamed ‘idiot’ and for a good reason.
“That ‘Supervisor’ is dead.”

And what do you propose I do?”
“Is this something that I have to hear from a ‘director’ of the PSB?!”
Yimyung spoke disappointingly.
“You must know if you heard the questioning from Detective Dan from my team. Whatever happened to the surveillance video, only two people survived the incident. If you think about it, that man is very likely a suspect! You can free him after investigation is over, but you can’t just let him go free without doing anything to him!”

Sang Yugeun did not say anything to Yimyung’s enraged shouting, and Yimyung shook his head.
“I always respected you. I respected you as a policeman who never succumbed to outside forces. But I learned today that you are no different.”
Yimyung glared furiously toward Sang Yugeun, then turned to walk out of the room. Sang Yuguen then called out.
“Stop.”
Yimyung then turned back, and the director spoke to him.
“Do you think I am the kind of a person who just let this incident go because I was forced to?”
“What?”
The director then turned the monitor he was looking at on his desk around to show it to Yimyung. Yimyung became surprised.
At the medical room of Simyang City. A surgeon was looking into a cut arm of a man. The doctor gasped and said, “Hm
 was this really cut by a saw machine?”

Yeah, something like that. Why? Is it bad?”
Jo Yusung became curious at the doctor’s reaction. The doctor then pointed at the picture of the wound and magnified it to explain.
“Ah
”
There was a picture of the side from the wrist, and then from the hand. Even before the doctor explained, the cut area was way too perfectly cut that it matched each other perfectly.
“Even if the saw cuts it off at once, human bones and muscles are so dense that they can’t be cut cleanly like this. But this wound looks like a plastic human figure purposely made to show the inside.”
That was the reason why the doctor was surprised. Jo Yusung too, was beyond shocked by what he saw. He knew the man was a powerful man, but he had not imagined him to be this powerful.

“With this, I think we we don’t even need to do extensive surgery. I think we can just go ahead with regenerative treatment after sewing it backtogether.”
Surgery to put back cut body parts usually required a very complicated process. It required more than one surgery session that would also require a long time to regenerate. But the doctor concluded that this wound did not require much surgery. It just needed simple sewing in and a regenerative treatment over it.
“You will need to be in hospital for four days after the surgery, and after 3 weeks, you will be able to use your fingers like before.”
It was fortunate. It could be great if he could take the surgery now, but he had an important matter to attend to first. The doctor recommended having surgery at lunch hours, but Jo Yusung pushed it back further toward the late afternoon and left the hospital with quick temporary treatment. When Jo Yusung walked out of the medical room, the nurse whispered to the doctor.
