When Chi got back to his apartment, Yue Yue was standing outside his door looking tired, almost fell asleep.
'Why did you come?' Chi asked.
Yue Yue wrapped her arms around Chi's neck and rested her head against his shoulder.
'I missed you.'
They got into the apartment, Yue Yue was amazed to see Chi placed the sugar sculpture on a wooden box. Chi was a cold and uninterested guy, why is he into these kinds of things? Yue Yue didn't see a sugar sculpture for a long time too, she liked them very much as a kid, now she felt somehow intriguing to look at one now.
'It's so fun, where did you buy this from?'
Chi simply replied, 'I didn't buy it, a friend made it for me.'
'Woah,' Yue Yue was even more impressed, 'You have such talented friend?'
As she said that, the scene of Wu making the sculpture replayed in Chi mind. His clumsy yet serious movements, the face he makes when he was criticized, I'm getting more and more curious about him.
'I want one too.' Yue Yue said suddenly.
Chi said, 'I'll let him make you one someday.'
Yue Yue nodded delightfully.
'Oh yeah, my parents are free tomorrow, let's have a dinner together.' Chi said.
Tension and happiness stained Yue Yue's flirty eyes, 'So fast? I've been staying up for the past few nights, my complexion became duller.' She picked up a mirror as she was saying, 'I'm so done, I have a pimple. Chi, help me take a look, is it obvious? Is it hideous?'
Chi had already entered the bathroom.

The next day, Wu took a shower and even shaved his mustache, then changed into new clothes. Sky blue blouse with a dark navy coat, paired with jeans and leather shoes, looking chic and fresh.
Shuai was doing injection for a patient, his aim was off because he saw Wu, he then earned a scolding from the patient.
'You're putting so much effort!' Shuai teased.
Wu chortled, 'I'm putting on a show, I need to make it look convincing.'
Shuai whispered to Wu, 'Remember to take action when you guys are alone.'
'Take action?' Wu squinted at Shuai, 'What do you mean?'
Shuai wiggled his eyebrows at Wu, 'Skinship!'
'Isn't it a bit too early?' Wu said.
'You need to hurry, they're getting married soon. I've heard about it, Yue Yue was the only girlfriend that Chi had recently, his parents are going to rush their marriage.'
After hearing that, Wu's panic level rose up.
'I got it, I'll take a chance.'
Shuai nodded, then asked, 'Where are you guys meeting?'
'At the park.'
Shuai almost choked on his blood, he gave Wu a pat on his back, showing admiration.
'I think, based on the fact that he agreed to come, you've succeeded halfway.'
They were supposed to meet at 2, but Wu arrived at the park at 1.50. He may seem like blanking out, in fact, he was observing the surroundings, looking for breakthroughs and planning for their meeting, their conversation, the goodbyes...
Enemies always cross one's paths.
Yue Yue was having a day off too, she was going for shopping with her colleagues and they walked past the park.
It was her colleague who noticed Wu before her.
'Look, a hottie!'
Yue Yue looked over at his direction and never left, her heart dropped for a second, she didn't want to admit but that was really Wu. Without seeing for months, he actually changed so much, besides his looks, his temperament is the main point. Why does he seem like as if he had changed into a different person? As she was thinking about it, Wu looked over to her direction, she immediately looked away.
'Oh my...he's so handsome. The person he's waiting for is for fortunate.' her colleague is still gawking at him.
Yue Yue twisted her head back, said indignantly, 'He's considered handsome? You haven't seen my Chi yet.'
'Right, when are you bringing him over?'
Yue Yue said boastfully, 'Anytime, you couldn't imagine how perfect he is!'
Her colleague was very curious. This man must be something for Yue Yue to compliment like this.
'Tell me how perfect he is.'
Yue Yue became a chatterbox all of a sudden. She used every single beautiful word possible to describe him, even her colleague who was listening was becoming a fangirl.
'Is he especially good at that?' She nudged Yue Yue's waist.
Yue Yue blushed, she whispered to her, 'I'll tell you, you can't tell others, he was really bold. Now I've thought of it, my legs are going jelly...'
'Oh my god!' Her colleague laughed dirtily, 'No wonder you're so into him.'
Yue Yue looked even more proud.
'Plus, I'm meeting his parents tonight!'
'Woah!' Her colleague hooked her arm around Yue Yue's arm, 'You're such a good example! Once you've become Mrs. Chi, don't forget about peasants like me. Please notice some of his friends for me, my happiness is relying on you!'
