When I told Nina who had just arrived after using the Slave Release skill, that the Adventurers’ Guild had asked me to develop the Fourth Demon’s Territory, that I was heading south toward the city, and that it would be two months before the guild would be able to transport me to the city with summoning magic…
“I understand the situation. Mister saved Nina from slavery and saved her life. Nina will also cooperate in the development of this land.”
Nina also offered to help us with our cultivation.
“Can Nina cook or anything?”

“Then maybe you’ve farmed before.”

The other day, when I spoke with Tabitha, she told me that she was sending a woman, but Lydia was silent and concerned.
Nina seems to be a dwarf, a race of short people, and looks like a child of about twelve years old, and does not seem to have any strength.

“You mean, like Lydia, who can actually use spirit magic?”

“Blacksmithing magic? Is there such a magic?”
“Yes. I couldn’t use it because my magic was blocked by the slave’s crest, but I can strengthen the pickaxe there and transform iron and steel and so on.”
According to Nina, the Dwarf race itself is good at handling minerals, and they live underground or in mines.
It is similar to the way elves live in the forest and are skilled in handling nature and plants.
“Ah! Then, you can repair the swords and shields that Mr. Alex uses?”
“Which one? …… This is not a special metal or anything like that, so it’s fine. I can improve the sharpness of swords and reduce the weight of shields while maintaining their strength.”
“That’s very helpful. I take care of my swords on a daily basis, but I’ve been using them a lot lately. I was wondering what I would do if it broke.”
Before I came here, I had used the shield on occasion, but wielded a sword much less often.

These days, I’m wielding the sword, but more often than not, I wield the hoe and carries Lydia on my back, so I wear leather armor.

Last time, Tabitha had sent me clothes in addition to food, so I didn’t have to go through the training of spending time with Lydia wearing only one of my shirts so that I wouldn’t look at her strangely, but I had to make sure I had everything I needed.

I appreciate Nina getting the iron, but what does she mean by continuation?

Also, why did Lydia get so grumpy all of a sudden!
