“How could it be? I had set up a wall of silence.” Hearing the muttering sounds from the air, Zhao Yao opened up Closers World’s control panel.

“Strange, logically speaking, there shouldn’t be any sounds at all.”

The muttering sounds were getting closer. Zhao Yao listened intently but they were incoherent and he could not figure them out.

He exited Closers World and returned to the material realm. He discovered he could hear the sounds.

“Impossible. This is the Earth’s core. How can I hear people’s voice?”

Zhao Yao was grave as he recalled Olivia’s dying scene.

In the next moment, the muttering voices beside his ears vanished.

Zhao Yao decided to return to Closers World. He wanted to level up his supercats before he could deal with the coming crisis.

A few days passed. With the increasing number of orange cats, society couldn’t function properly. Zhao Yao investigated the matter personally and the results were the same as Bai Quan’s.

“This is not related to the Earth. Could it be due to Olivia?”

Zhao Yao was composed. He looked at his Book which showed Matcha had reached Level 95. He felt he was shining with radiance even while he walked.

“Matcha is now Level 105 after the Cat Emperor Armor’s +10 bonus.”

Matcha had two strongest points.
