“You mean, the tribe is only made up of women?”

“That’s right.”

“Then… How do they have children…?” Yuichiro almost asked this before realizing it was a stupid question. If it was possible for men to have children in this world, then naturally, it would be possible for women to have children as well.

Temeraire, who had noticed Yuichiro’s indescribably complex expression, smiled slightly and said, “Among the people in the Yellow tribe, many of them are descendants of the 2nd goddess. It is said that the reason why most of their hair is the color of fallen leaves is because the second goddess had golden hair.”

[In other words, they did have children with the 2nd goddess.]

Yuichiro’s head was about to explode from his inability to process all of the new information at once. After grabbing his head with both hands, Yuichiro leaked a dull groan. On the contrary, Goat interrupted them, as if not convinced by Temeraire’s reasoning.

“Even so, I can’t help but think they had something to do with this.”

“That may be true, but it’s still early to rule it as treason.”

“Hiding an enemy isn’t treacherous?” Goat snickered.

Temeraire then lowered his gaze thoughtfully, his expression unchanged by the sarcasm.

“Am Yisu is a secluded land. Men are not even permitted to enter Am Yisu. Furthermore, the Yellow tribe’s people are said to have been born with special powers. Other tribes had invaded them several times in pursuit of that power, but all of their forces were defeated. As a result, I do not believe they are the type of people who would readily lend their powers to enemy forces.”

“Special power?” Yuichiro asked back, to which Temeraire nodded.

“Yes. I do not know the specifics, but it appears that the tribeswomen can communicate among themselves even when they are separated by great distances.”

As this was being said, Yuichiro’s throat rose and fell.

“Wait, wireless?”

“Wireless?” Noah cocked his head, intrigued.

After gazing down at Noah, Yuichiro smiled. If they were able to obtain that power, he could finally wage the war he desired. Then, Kiehland, who had been deafeningly silent like a rock, grimly opened his mouth, “Then, Is it possible that Am Yisu did not betray us, but was compromised by enemy forces instead?”

“O-oh, that’s a possibility, isn’t it?”

Kiehland glared at Goat who answered casually. Yuichiro took a sip of the warm water Temeraire had brought earlier and told Goat, “You can say whatever you want because it is all speculation. All I want to know is what really happened.”

“Yes, of course.”

“Send Evelise to Am Yisu right away for a recon mission.”

At Yuichiro’s order, Goat’s smile broadened, and he replied lightheartedly, “Yes, sir.”

“Are there any other female soldiers?”

It was Kiehland who decided to answer Yuichiro’s question, “They’re not an officer, but I do know some who are common soldiers.”

“Are they good?”

“I don’t see how anyone can join the regular army if they aren’t good. In my opinion, they are as good as any men,” Kiehland answered, frowning.

In return, Yuichiro nodded in agreement. “Then, could you put them under Evelise, Commanded-in-Chief Kiehland?”

At this Kiehland glanced at Noah, and the latter looked up at him, saying, “Go and take care of it, Seph.”

Kiehland soon dropped his gaze for a moment and replied, as if beaten down, “If Noah-sama commands it.” Afterward, the old man continued to ask, “When are you planning to leave?”

“Whenever you’re ready.”

“Yes, sir.” After a short reply, Kiehland left the room with large strides. His actions were quick and efficient. At this moment, Yuichiro was reminded once again by the fact that Kiehland was an outstanding person deserving of the position of commander-in-chief.

As soon as Kiehland disappeared, Goat smirked, “It’s quite… You’re being kind to Evelise, aren’t you?”

Staring at Goat who laughed meaningfully, Yuichiro grumbled, “What do you want to say?”

“I’m just wondering if Captain Ogami is unusually kind to women.”

“Don’t be ridiculous. I’m just trying to reduce the chance of losing an excellent subordinate. You, too, hurry up with your preparations.”

“Yeah, yeah,” Goat answered halfheartedly.

From the side, Temeraire soon interrupted him, “Yuichiro-sama, I’ll be going with Evelise. Am Yisu is a place with a strong faith in the goddess. If they weren’t in fact been defeated by the enemies, perhaps the locals there will listen to the words of someone who is serving and devoting himself to the goddess, such as myself.”

Although briefly, Yuichiro felt dumbfounded. He rounded his eyes and looked at the Temeraire. “Shouldn’t you be by my side?” he blurted out unconsciously. The moment he realized the underlying meaning behind his own words, he blushed—out of his character. He felt as if he had spoken effeminately beyond his expectations.

Temeraire’s eyes glistened while looking at Yuichiro’s flustered expression. However, his expression immediately softened and mellowed. Wearing a genuine joyful smile, he murmured, “Would you like me to stay by your side?”

The sweet whispering voice made Yuichiro irritated. He would have beaten the man up if it had just been the two of them in the room. When Yuichiro’s resentful gaze met Temeraire’s, the man’s smile grew even wider.

“I want to be by your side, but I just know that’s not the only thing I can do for you. I think I should go this time.”

For some reason, Yuichiro felt Temeraire’s graceful words left him with a terrible feeling of uncertainty. In addition, he was bothered by Temeraire’s departure from him. Was this the result of their relationship—a goddess and the one who was serving and devoting toward him? Nevertheless, if Amy Yisu did not voluntarily betray the country, as Temeraire said, the persuasion of devotees like him would undoubtedly be significant. As Yuichiro was pondering this in agony, Temeraire unexpectedly knelt before him.

With his head bowed, Temeraire raised his voice, “Please command me.”

At this moment, Yuichiro thought this guy was a terrible person. He couldn’t explain why he had thought of this, but for a split second, he almost hated Temeraire from the bottom of his heart. Afterward, he muttered in hushed tones, biting his lower lip thinly.

“Go. Do what you must for me.”

After hearing his command, Temeraire silently took Yuichiro’s hand in his. Yuichiro, as if to show his approval, allowed the man to kiss the tips of his fingers. A slight smile creased on Yuichiro’s face after realizing that this would not be the type of kiss he would offer to anyone, let alone offering his, nearly forty-years-old fingertips.

Several days had passed since he saw off Evelise, three other female soldiers, and Temeraire at the castle gate. During those few days, Yuichiro devoted himself to recovering his physical strength. After all, since he came to this world, all he did was running, fighting, and having sex single-mindedly. In reality, he was actually more exhausted than he thought, so once he went to bed, he would fall asleep like a log. And, every time he had awoken from his sleep, he would always find Noah in front of him. The young man was hugging him by his arms like a koala clinging to a large tree.

That day, Yuichiro vaguely stared at Noah’s sleeping face.

‘Husband,’ he muttered to himself. When he imagined that the boy in front of him with an exposed sleeping face was his husband, he then experienced a strange sense of incongruity.

‘Husband, master, spouse, companion, dear?’

Yuichiro tried calling him by different names, but the discomfort only increased. As Yuichiro pursed his lips downward, Noah’s eyelids slightly opened. Noah blinked his eyes a few times dreamily and stared at Yuichiro’s face.

“…Good morning.”

“Don’t sneak into people’s bed without permission.” The first thing that came out of his mouth were spiteful remarks that felt a little cruel to the child. Regardless of what he said, Noah returned him with a happy smile rather than a depressed one.

“What are you laughing about?”

“You’re a bit cute sometimes.”

Yuichiro gaped, unable to close his mouth. Even in his previous world, he had never been called cute. Could it be that he had changed into a handsome boy after arriving in this world?

When Yuichiro was about to raise his upper body to look in the mirror, Noah grabbed him by the shoulders. A slightly dry lip was pressed against his lower lip, and a tongue immediately slipped into his mouth. Yuichiro furrowed his brows at the slimy feel of Noah’s tongue. However, Noah couldn’t do it properly, making his kissing feel awkward.

Noah licked every part of Yuichiro’s mouth and looked at him with a glazed expression as if he were a dog trying to cheer him up. However, when he noticed the deep crease between Yuichiro’s brows, he withdrew his lips.

“Umm, doesn’t it feel good”

“Nope.” When Yuichiro responded bluntly, he noticed Noah’s brows drooping like a dog with its tail dangling. Nonetheless, Noah’s tongue crawled in between his lips, giving him the impression that Noah was like a dog who was not ready to give up just yet.

“Your mouth tastes sweet…”

In response to the muttered words, Yuichiro chuckled and nodded briefly, “That’s because I drank Shagrila before going to bed.” The drink certainly left a sweet aftertaste in his mouth.

When Noah heard this, he chuckled between kisses, “To have my child?”

Suddenly, Yuichiro was irritated by the sound of the strangely confident voice. Even when he made a disgruntled face at Noah, the kid maintained his grin.

“Only to return to my world.”

“—I’ve heard from Temeraire. Wouldn’t it be better to put in through your rear rather than drinking it?”

[This lil’ runt sure isn’t listening to me]

Noah approached him slowly, his eyes blazing with heat. Yuichiro looked coldly at Noah’s thin throat, which was slowly moving up and down. Although this man had a young face, Yuichiro thought that Noah was indeed a man based on his eager expression. Noah’s expression was reminiscent of a beast stalking its prey.

Yuichiro crooked his mouth slightly, and asked Noah, “What? Are you going to f*ck me?”

“Yes.”

“Even though you can’t kiss properly?”

Noah’s lips pursed in disappointment as he heard the mocking remark. However, Noah immediately brought his face closer to Yuichiro, almost touching their noses.

“Then, tell me. The most comfortable way for Yuichiro. I’ll remember everything properly.”

After hearing Noah’s sincere whisper, Yuichiro suddenly felt the hairs on his neck stand up. He then fixed his gaze on Noah’s face. Although this person was a beautiful boy with a clinging habit, he was adorned with an eager, ravenous look on his face—a man who would one day stand on the throne of this country. But would this man live up to his expectations? Yuichiro unexpectedly burst out laughing at this random thought. His throat tickled, and he let out a high-pitched laugh.
