Having gotten out of the leather bag, Cinzia perched on Noelia’s shoulder again, and fixed her misaligned bones.

Oh yeah, Cinzia called Dayle young lady in this chapter, so I think it’s safe to assume that Dayle is a girl, so I’ll refer Dayle as ‘she’ from now on.
