Bai Qi drew from the box. ‘Thank you for your patronage.’
There was no change in their expression as they looked at each other. “Shall we try something else?”
“Yes.”
Thus, they moved on to another activity.
In the end, they were entitled to five lucky draws. However, the results for all of the draws was — ‘Thank you for your patronage.’
Bai Qi and Xi Chengyun were utterly speechless.
Zhou Yanfeng laughed out loud. “Who knew, something like this would happen to you all, hahahaha

At the end of the day, Bai Qi and Xi Chengyun ended up staying in the tent.
Bai Qi is quite adaptable, his sleep wouldn’t be affected as long as he went to bed early.
The next day, Bai Qi woke up to the sight of Xi Chengyun with subtle eye bags under his eyes.
Bai Qi felt a bit bad. “Xi-ge, did you have trouble sleeping?”
“I’m alright,” he replied.
The crew asked them to get up for breakfast from outside their tent.
Bai Qi hurriedly got out of bed to wash up.
He squatted down near the sink with a toothbrush in hand. His gaze was fixed on his hand with the toothbrush.
He’d been climbing rocks and clawing onto ropes yesterday.
There were multiple scratches on his hands, some were light and others were deeper. He hadn’t thought much about it the night before, he was too tired, so he went to sleep immediately after they’d set up camp.
Now that he was taking a closer look
 It seemed like the dried up blood and dirt had been removed from the cuts.
Bai Qi naturally turned to look at Xi Chengyun.
“What’s up?” Xi Chengyun asked.
Bai Qi didn’t reply.
When he had breakfast, he had a short talk with Yang Yiru. He came back to their tent with a small first aid kit. “Xi-ge, did you get any cuts from yesterday?”
Xi Chengyun paused for a moment before he smiled and gave him his hand.
Bai Qi looked down, carefully dabbing the cotton bud into the povidone, and proceeded to treat Xi Chengyun’s wound.
He meticulously checked each finger, applying the ointment onto them one at a time.
Their fingers were intertwined as he tossed his hand around. It felt as if they were having fun while playing with each other’s hands.
Bai Qi unconsciously gulped.
‘Did Xi Chengyun also meticulously clean my wounds yesterday after I fell asleep?’
Bai Qi touched the tips of his fingers. He vaguely remembered someone touching his fingers the same way, and that person had leaned down towards him before gently and bravely kissing him.
It was a burning kiss.
In the end, Bai Qi couldn’t bring himself to ask Xi Chengyun if he’d helped him with his wounds yesterday.
A weird consensus was achieved between the two.
A consensus that exceeded the boundaries drawn in the contract.
Episode 4 ended with Xi Chengyun and Bai Qi getting No.1 for the third day in a row. A perfect way to end the episode.
The program team didn’t try to drag out the episode. They knew that people would get bored if the same activities and tricks are overplayed; they needed something new.
The audience wasn’t done though.
In the online forum, they started to squeal over the cuteness of their relationship.

On the way back, Bai Qi took an extra glance at the post, and discreetly closed the app right after.

In the meantime, Bai Qi was on the way back to Jing City to report on his first day of university.
After his orientation, he received a call from Xi Chengyun.
“I’m waiting in the underground carpark,” Xi Chengyun said.
Bai Qi blinked, feeling confused. ‘I don’t think we have new work to do

Why was Xi Chengyun here?
Bai Qi bit his lower lip but he didn’t ask.
He went straight to the car park after he ended the call and he soon found Xi Chengyun’s car.
He approached the car and opened the door. When he looked inside, he didn’t see anyone else other than Xi Chengyun.
Bai Qi took a seat in the passenger seat. “Are you a fan of Director Zheng?” Xi Chengyun asked him.
“Yes! How do you know?”
“You have collectibles from one of his movies on your table.” Xi Chengyun paused before he continued, “Would you like to act with me in a new movie of his? It’ll just be for a short portion of the film, it’ll be as a special appearance.”
Xi Chengyun was smiling, but there was some sort of darkness and determination in his eyes.
He wanted to eliminate any ideas Bu Xiao had over Bai Qi before any flame could ignite.
Bai Qi was a bit tempted. “Will I be an extra who’d die as soon as I appear? I don’t mind acting as a dead body either!”
“Nope, it’s a role that I want but can never have,” Xi Chengyun replied.
